Chains and trailer neck frozen 4-6 inches under its. Had to dig the chains out myself and then wrap a chain around my hitch ball and pull it out of the ice. Not professional at all.

Truck was dirty when licked it up not swept boxes in the back but I was still charged a cleaning fee when returning. Waited for over an hour for gate to be unlocked. Soda cans in the cab.

Had a hard time finding the drop off business, address and phone number was not correct. Goggled business, found different phone number but call went unanswered. After awhile, a lady called asking if we were trying to reach Bradys towing? We told her what we were trying to drop off the trailer, she gave directions, and said leave it in the yard. She was not on property, and would check it in later. Not real happy that someone was not there to help us unhook and help lift the trailer off the truck hitch. Felt uncomfortable just leaving the trailer, .Must be a better way to receive drop offs.

From start to finish, picking up the uHaul was a disaster. During the day of pick-up the number provided to me was unavailable and I would call numerous times that I might be late, because apparently I had to drive 2 hours to Watford for a truck that was not available in Minot. When I made it to the location no was was there for me to sign off on it. Luckily, there was another customer there who had scheduled to pick up a trailer and had a rep available for her. If it wasn’t for her showing up, I would have driven 2 hours for nothing and wasted my time. On top of that, the uHaul was not even filled up full and was only half way on gas. The guy that signed me off to take the vehicle said that the next day at 9:00am he would be available to help me attach my car onto the auto transport that I had to unfortunately go back to Minot to pick it up and go to Watford get back my vehicle. Arrived there at 9:00am and he wasn’t there. Actually, no one was there to assist me so I had to put on my big boy pants and do it all on my own and waste more time. Thanks to the uHaul people at Watford :)

Have the vehicle at the location I reserved it at. I had to travel 130 miles to pick up my vehicle. Very poor customer service on uhaul. Brady's towing was very nice and courteous. Just not happy about having to travel 4 hours to pick up my rental.
