Uhaul sent a confirmation email stating my appliance dolly as ordered would be available. When I got to the pickup spot, Uhaul did not have a dolly available. I had to rent for the day from Bradach Lumber who was super helpful. Do not count on Uhaul, call the pickup location to verify.

This place charged my card after it was already paid in advance $ .49

I was given incorrect information. I was told I could rent one-way and only get charged for one day. I was told I had to put a deposit on the trailer and that I would get it refunded upon dropping off the trailer. None of this proved to be true. Instead of costing me about $40 it cost me $106. Not too happy!

our return of the one way that we rented turned out to be the FIRST one ever to Bradach Lumber. They had just signed up to be a U-Haul dealer and when we arrived they were a little disorganized due to just getting started. Nevertheless, the staff made the appropriate phone calls and handled it very nicely and they handled it with no problems.
