I specifically chose this location so that I could have in-person help. When I got there, I waited 30 minutes, and no one ever showed up. fortunately, the help I got on the phone was excellent, so I was able to get my rental. Same thing on the return. There was no one at the facility when I came back, so I had to get help over the phone to return my rental. Again, the phone support was excellent, so I was able to complete my rental.

The store on Jimmy Carter Blvd was where I went first. They didn't have a trailer and told me that the closest place to get one was fifteen miles or more trip. I called your eight hundred number and this was around the corner ¼ of a mile. That was tackie on their part. Where I got the trailer was top notch , very professional..
James eThey rented me an auto transport trailer that was damaged and not usable and I didn't realize until I already had it loaded. Instead of owning it and fixing the problem, I was sent on a 3 hour wild goose chase to another location, with roadside assistance, and eventually had to return to this location to swap equipment. They could have just said "come back and we will fix it" and saved me 3 hours and tons of frustration.
Jared WReservation at 6am with mobile checkin. Staff fail to have the key in lockbox for check on/pickup. Support help desk ( female name that started with a V) was very helpful in getting another uhaul in time. However, we lost 2 hours of moving time due to finding an uhaul available. It cost me 2 hours of moving crew pay. I hope I can get some credit back.
SAMMY LWe originally reserved at another location, but our reservation was moved twice before pickup. We ended up at Bozeman Global LTD, located inside a gun shop. We would not have chosen this location for that reason. There was no indication on the updated reservation that that was the case. We were not given a mobile check-in option, which we requested. Also, we reserved a 10-foot truck and were given a 15-foot truck. The cab smelled like cigarette smoke and trash inside the back of the truck. It was annoying to drive and load the bigger truck when we did not need it. The blankets that we reserved had paint or cement or some other substance on them, which damaged some of our furniture. Also, the parking spaces for the trucks at pickup and return had multiple used condoms on the ground around the truck parking. We would not use this location again.
Mary LPlease send someone to Uhaul at 5365 Jimmy Carter Blvd, Norcross GA 30093. The female staff at this location is very rude, no respect for customers, and don't really care about having business at all. All the staff at Jimmy Carter's location need to be retrained or fired. Fortunately, my reservation was transferred to Bozeman Global Ltd Co. Johnathan and Dooby at Bozeman were very courteous and care about their customers.

Martha KDon’t charge $20 for gas anyways after you tell us to fill it up where we left it, I would have never put gas in it if you were going to charge me anyway Don’t offer for people to extend the rental if when I go to do it , it says someone else waiting on it, drive by there today and sitting in the same spot hasn’t moved, got charged for 2 days of rental because I brought it back slightly late after I tried to extend it but was told I can’t, if I could give negative 5 stars I would
