Arrived at drop-off location at 3:30 PM on 11/02 to find a closed for lunch sign on the door. Three employees were visible but go no rÃ©ponse when I knocked. Left keys in drop off box, unable to complete the online form as I had locked the truck before. Received receipt this afternoon with a $20 of hours fee. Read reviews, this is extremely common for this location. Please review!PETER K.

This was a different location than I expected. Everything was fine. The person who helped was good and polite and helpful. The check-in online seemed a bit of a waste as she still took my ID and credit card. The truck was clean and ready to go. I do wish they would always start with a full tank. It's just easier that way; you know exactly how to return it.David G.

There was no phone service when we picked it up, so we couldn't use the app. And we were only left with a quarter tank of gas. I got over charged for fuel. We were told to return it with the same amount of gas it had as when we picked it up. We returned it with a little more than when we picked it up, and then got way over charged for the fuel. Would rather have truck that didn't have damages and was clean inside because I spent some time documenting and taking pictures so I wouldn't be charged. Also the truck smelled like cigarette and the truck suspension was very stiff compared to the one I rented 3 months ago.DANIEL KUO L.

I ordered 20 moving blankets for my brand new cabinetry and when I got the vehicle they gave me 6 moving blankets, I figured I'd make it work and I did. When I got back I had filled the tank with more than double the gas I used and returned it an hour and a half earlier than expected. I informed them of that and told them I'd like a refund for the moving blankets that were not given to me and the lady told me she would be sure to get that taken off of my bill. I just got my receipt and the charge for the moving blankets was stilll on there for the full amount but it said 6 instead of 20!Paul B.
Per U-Haul recommendation I rented a truck and a trailer. I really wanted a tow dolly. 3 times I was assured the trailer would accommodate a Chevy C/30. Upon loading an inoperable vehicle it was discovered the vehicle was too wide. The vehicle wedged on the trailer and a wrecker was required to extract the vehicle. I am not the expert on what fits on U-Haul equipment... YOU are. I am very unsatisfied with this experience with U-Haul. Please see case # 1791346.Jeffrey T.
