There needs to be a box for key drop off, there was nothing available.

Alexander FThe Uhaul rep was polite and helpful, but my problem was with uhaul mobile application. when I returned the car and went through the Uhaul app to complete the return process, It wrongly charged me for 8 miles more than what I had used, it also charged me for the optional insurance that I had not requested. Their office was closed when I returned the car so by posting a comment on the app I got refunded later for the optional insurance and I'm now waiting to be refunded for that extra 8 miles I got charged for. I got lucky that I had taken a picture of the truck mileage when I picked it up otherwise I couldn't prove it. This shouldn't have happened, not everybody look at the mileage of the truck and take a picture of it to see if Uhaul charges them correctly.
HOOMUN YThe guy in charge was kind of rude, his manners were not kind by referring to me the customer. I think, by greeting the customer with a smile will help him a lot !
JUAN SI had a bad experience, even though it is a person who attends you, I had to do the entire transaction on my cell phone and if I received a receipt by mail indicating that the level of gasoline was not what I really saw when I was driving and since the person who he took care of me, he did not check the levels with me when he delivered the truck and things made things worse when I returned the truck I was sure that it had the same level of gasoline and even a little more, from when I received an email with my total bill, notice they charged me 6 gallons of gas and thanks to you taking before and after pictures of the gouache level showing the actual levels so i called the man in charge of the place claiming why they charged me the gas charge and i had to send him a email to: info@boxitplus.com with the photos showing it before and after.

john pIt's not the fault of Box It Plus. I had a fine experience with them. The Uhaul truck was not maintained and I ended up with a blown out tire on the 134 freeway in Los Angeles. I was going 70mph and I could have easily crashed and died. The tire completely broke apart and I have pictures to document this. If I'm not refunded for this reservation I plan to get a lawyer and file charges against Uhaul.

Jordan KThe truck was clean...Gas lines were cut on this truck. Went to put gas in and spilled out through the bottom of the truck. Did not feel comfortable with the truck but we had to finish what we were doing. Would have been happier with a credit but nothing was offered when we called in to the 800- service center.

Daniela RLocation was incredibly hard to find. The address was incomplete and did not include suite number. Once I got a call from the agent at Boxes Plus, he told me where to go (the phone number was not provided to me so I wasn’t able to reach out to them), but even his door was not marked with the company name. The instructions on the email were not clear, and I signed up for the contactless service but had to still go find the illusive office to get a key. It took me 30 minutes to sort out what I was supposed to be doing, which made me late to go meet the people who were helping me move. Would not recommend, would not go do it at this location again if it stays this way.

Holly BCharged for extra mileage, i took photo and video before and after , paper said 1/2 tank and it was Quarter tank less , i took photos . you do this to 100 customers it adds up
JESSE MYour vehicle should be full of gas and should be returned the same way. It’s not acceptable when you rent a vehicle with a quarter tank full.

GENNADIY RThe attendant Robert was fine when picking up the vehicle. The location closed early - before they said they were going to. I accidentally left a personal item in the vehicle and left a message for them immediately. When I tried to retrieve it later, they said they threw it out and were rude about it.

It is a little confusing that the office is located in an office building across from where the trucks are, so it took a few minutes to walk around and find the office. We were also missing the appliance dolly that we had ordered. I would rent from this location again.

(No signage whatsoever) Positives: the truck was new, so it was in perfect condition, and we were so glad to be able to book it on short notice and at a location convenient for us.

Jake LPicked up the truck and 10 min later I noticed that there was no ramp. I called the location and they said that the trucks don’t come with ramps. Asked if they had any and was told no. I returned the truck right away and ended up at a different location that was much more knowledgeable about the trucks.
