App check-in not allowed here. You have to go to a Second floor office and get the key. Guy working there Saturday was not a friendly person. The door to return the key after hours is extremely difficult to open.Marie M.

Location of U-haul office is very difficult to find. There is no sign for Box It Plus on the exterior of the building, and the building itself requires a door code (which was not provided beforehand) and forcing open an unmarked, difficult-to-open door. Owner claimed that nobody had any problems finding the location. Yeah, right. Also, ended up purchasing damage waiver by accident even though I had explicitly excluded that from the original reservation, which was made over the phone. I take some responsibility for my mistake, but I was in a hurry and signed the sheet so I could get out of there, and afterward I felt taken advantage of. Dust and debris in the back of the truck from the previous renter, which we had to sweep up to avoid a charge. Not a great experience overall, which contrasted with my prior great U-haul experience.Alex O.

Make sure the operator is clear about their drop off protocol. The location has one van and no key drop off. If they say they are open until 4 pm, they should pick up the phone for questions until 4 pm. And make sure the corporate phone assist knows the idiosyncrasies of that specific location.Kimberly S.

I clicked on renting moving blankets, $5 for 6. When I arrived, I was told they weren't carried at this location. It was taken off the bill, but the money isn't important; it's not knowing I had no blankets until I showed up to take the vehicle. The website should block add-ons at a location where they aren't available. Better still, get them from another location where the van was picked from.Scott G.
