No help whatsoever from attendant, was on the phone with uhaul for 80 mins on the phone. Was given a dirty muddy truck, Also attendant told me me there was no hand trucks and they were locked away and they didn't have the key. The hand truck were in eyes view so I grabbed one. It was broken. Wheel didn't turn and rubber on sides was stripped and couldn't go up stairs with utility using the utility hand dolly.Ahmed H.
Ended up waiting 2.5 hours for "Manager " to come in because of problem with prepaid virtual pickup due to no fault of my own. The place is a mess and very poorly run. Manager was extremely rude and ended up cancelling my original reservation and charging me more to correct their mistake with no explanation. This location is a BP gas station. Little tricky to get into due to the road it's on, but it's not terrible. The parking was not the greatest, but I've seen worse. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice when I explained that the site wasn't letting me finish the check in process. Kept kicking me out when I was taking the pictures of the truck to verify cleanliness. That may have been to do with signal there too. Overall good experience though.Bethany K.

My location for pickup and time were altered the day before my move. I reserved a truck 3 weeks ahead of time to lock in that location and time to work around a lot of other moving parts and the last minute change made my day extremely more difficult and stressful. I was moved by the U-Haul organization to 4 different U-Haul truck rental centers. Every time U-Haul scheduled me to go to a U-Haul center, U-Haul would give my truck to someone else. This is after I gave them a credit card and U-Haul told me complete with emails that I had a truck reserved for Saturday March 26 at 10 am. My original reservation was 3 weeks prior to March 26 and the location was Lancaster Pike. U-Haul sent me running around in circles on Saturday, March 26. When I arrived at Lancaster Pike on Saturday March 26, the gentleman at that location said U-Haul moved my reserved truck to another location. I was supposed to go to a U-Haul on Greenbank Rd. That location refused to let me take a truck because they needed the truck. Again the U-Haul organization got involved and changed my truck to the Philadelphia Pike location. I get there and was told they didn't have a truck and I had to go to the BP on Martin Luther King Blvd. Can you see where I am going with this? Not until I got to the 400 Martin Luther King Blvd truck rental center did I finally get service. He was efficient and had what I needed right there. I would go to this location again. However, I will warn you about using the U-Haul organization to rent moving trucks. It has poor and deceptive practices. If you reserve a truck and someone else comes in before you, their practice is to give it to the person standing there. I needed my truck at 10 am, reserved 3 weeks ago and someone came in at 8:00 am and they gave it to them. When I got there they sent me all over Wilmington DE burning my gas to find a truck. If you want to take a chance on U-Haul go yourself to this location, only. I would advise you to use another company all together. My experience was awful and pathetic except for the BP at 400 Martin Luther King Blvd. U-Haul, if you want more clarification, and you want to really improve your company email me. Kimkim K.

Light for check in was on in vehicle and the online check in didn't work bc it wouldn't recognize driver license number so had to call and it took 40 minutes to check in. Also, the truck had 2/3 of gas in tank. It should be full and then returned at full.Louis L.

Upon arrival to our requested pick up location (Wilmington, DE) we were informed that our reservation was not available. After calling and being put on hold for quite some time, we spoke with someone from Maryland who had to transfer us to Delaware but did let us know our NEW pick up location would be in Glassboro,NJ (45 minutes from where we were). We were transferred and put on hold several times before finally talking to someone who was able to offer us a 10' truck at our original location spot, we immediately received a confirmation email with the new information and at the end it reads, if this does not work for you, please call or contact us. We did not receive anything like this when our pick up location changed and would have promptly said no to a pick up in NJ, considering we were taking it to West Chester, PA. When we got to West Chester, we realized that 10' trucks don't have ramps, which is why we rented the moving equipment and we were 45 minutes late to our scheduled pick up time. Not a single person we spoke with said that this is routine or even apologized for the inconvenience that it caused. I finally spoke with someone from scheduling who said that we should have received an email or at least a phone call especially considering the short notice that our reservation spot had changed. We will not be using Uhaul for any future moves and were quite shocked with how poorly this was handled from customer service. I tried to speak to someone yesterday but lost track of the times I was transferred and put on hold.Eric R.

Outstanding customer service, the gentleman was quick and efficient both outbound and return. While no moving planned in the near future, I would recommend UHAUL to anyone that asks my opinion and while this location was inside a BP station, this operator is a credit to the UHAUL brand. The location was janky. The computers were down and it was also a gas station so it was hard to get the keys. It took a really long time.
