This location is the local BP gas station. Unfortunately, the gas station is located in the City near the train station/railroad tracks. It is not a bad location, but it isn't good either. It is, however, conveniently located and normally has various sizes of UHaul trucks available.LAWANZA G.

facility is a pit. seedy and dirty. van was not clean and gas was on empty all of which could have been looked past had my reservations not been (almost) comically botched. I had reserved 2 vans at a different location... Gov Printz Blvd-- precisely to avoid Blvd BP. Upon arriving at Gov Printz, the app told me I was in the wrong location and sent me to Blvd BP (I might have confirmed that with someone at the counter but no one was there). At Blvd BP they had only one of my reservations saying the other was back at Gov. Printz. Wary, I called Gov Printz to make sure the vehicle and reservation were there. I was left on hold for more than an hour when I finally decided to drive out to Gov Printz (I spoke to Russel on the national switchboard while on hold --who assured me the van was there). It wasn't. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!Dan B.

No air conditioning the truck sounded like it was going to breakdown tail lights didn't work And they didn't have straps for my stuff luckily nothing fell. .it jus wasn't a good experience. .but at the end of the day it served its purpose so im happy for that. .David P.

There is always an issue with our bookings at this location. My original reservation was switched here. Upon arrival I could not check in online, called support who assisted and confirmed my reservetion. The agent at the location could not find my reservation, did not know how to check me out, claimed there was no key for the vehicle so I had the support assist with not voiding the resevation as it was 15 mins passed my pick up time. Also the tank was empty, my reservetion was 6.4 miles and the gas light was on immediately after pick up. Terrible customer service!Alisha M.

It was a BP gas station and 3 of the pumps were out of service. The place was run down, but the person behind the counter was very helpful and friendly which made up for the other pitfalls.THOMAS G.

Allow stores to rent your trucks out thru people who understand how to talk to and treat customers. Should I ever need to rent from UHaul again I will NEVER USE THIS LOCATION the counter man has a VERY bad attitude and needs to learn to speak better English before talking in a disrespectful tone to a customer.I rent from uhaul before just not from this place I only went to this one because it was close to the pickup thank you for sending me the survey I also will let any and everyone I know not to use this place at the BP gas station on MLK Blvd in Wilmington, DeJoseph M.
The location was dirty and people hanging around the store. People begging for money and generally felt very unsafe while I was trying to pick up and drop off the rental. The mobile pick up option is very confusing and tough to work through. Did not like there was no clear communication about the change in pickup location.David K.

Filthy van. Gas on empty and the location in a gas station! Rude attendant who was only interested in servicing the customers of the gas station and kept telling me to move aside so he could keep his pumps working. It took more than an hour for me to check out and get photos to challenge the condition of the van. Also took more than 45minutes to check-in with the result that that ticket had to stay open because of the fuel dispute. None of this would have happened if the dealer had feuled the van to the correct level after the last customer was charged for leaving the tank empty. THAT MUST BE THE ONGOING SCAM TO GET PAID MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE SAME EMPTY VEHICLE. This is a very sleazy location that does not represent uhaul well. In fact, this may have made me a Penske customer!Karen A.

You're store let someone steal my identity by not verifying the person properly, the person couldn't have had their ID checked because they signed MY name. The customer service representative said that the person's name was Juan. THAT'S NOT MY NAME! What y'all can do better is properly VERIFY people!!!!!juana G.

This location was very reputable about a year ago. Recently, I've noticed there is no one on-site to take responsibility for problems. No owner, manager, no one to fix a problem. On a few occasions, I've found an overcharge for gas mostly. I failed to take a picture of the mileage or gas gauge. On this last trip, I took a picture. I was mindful of estimating a 15 miles gate to gate trip at most. I traveled 7 miles. That's not where they got me. I put a few dollars in the tank to bring it to more than what was in there when I took the truck out. I also took a picture of the gas & mileage. I noticed on my receipt, I was overcharged $47.40 for gas and $30.00 to pump the gas a total of $77.50. I called U-Haul corporate and sent them the conflicting information and they agreed I was ripped off. (not their words). She refunded the overcharge but I was charged an overdraft fee for other charges that were assisted. The owner had no phone# on file. (Strange) I sent an email with my phone# to discuss a plan to reimburse me for funds lost because of the error made by his establishment. He never responded. I went to the store. The sole employee (abt 22 y/o) said he can't get in touch with the owner. I am now short about $100, ripped off and forgotten. Be careful in this location. I believe it's happened to me before. The location was fine but the uhaul had a broken side mirror and a crack on the windshield. The inside of the truck was semi-clean. The cup holders were pretty dirty. The back of the truck had left over plastic crumbled up and just laying in it.MICHAEL H.

Location was filthy. Provider too so long to arrive (over 2 hours) that my reservation was cancelled and my requested equipment was no longer available. This resulted in a larger vehicle and increased expense on my part. When I returned the vehicle, my return was not processed through the system until 4 days later after many calls and messages. This resulted in large holds on my account until the rental was closed. Overall not a good experience as a customer. The staff was not knowledgeable about uhaul procedures and the gentleman that was knowledgeable, was EXTREMELY RUDE! I understand things happen but he said he was â€œon his wayâ€ for over 3 hours not showing up until 11am (my rental was at 7. Unprofessional experience throughout the entire process. You reserve at one place and then get moved to another. The truck was so dirty outside and in and it smelled. I was charged an after hours fee and the truck was returned before my three o'clock due back time. Asked for a printed receipt and was told no. The man in the store took my phone out of Mt hands to tale the picture of my driver's license who does that he was rude and kept walking away from me to help other customers and I was told that the uhaul trucks doesn't make his store any money so I can wait. I witnessed a customer return his truck right after stating that he truck was too dirty for him Well never use uhaul again and I'm posting this review and over charged bill to social media to make consumers aware of treatment and over charges.Lisa R.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever gotten from any establishment in my life. The man responsible for the U-Haul services at this location was over half an hour late. We didn't get keys until about an hour after my original pick up time. When asked, he refused to acknowledge his tardiness and threatened to not rent out the truck when we asked for the $50 on-time guarantee policy. He said, â€œYou want the truck or not? It doesn't matter that I was late. Don't be greedy.â€ He continued to be aggressive for no reason and gaslighted us into thinking the policy didn't exist. NEVER coming back to this location and I will definitely be looking at alternative companies for my next move if I don't get this resolved.Jeanju P.
