The pick up location was good. Our biggest issue was a problem with the u-haul website itself which resulted in it taking almost an hour to complete the process.

Hard to find. Address listed isn't correct. They don't answer the phone - it turns into a fax machine number after a few rings. It took us over an hour and 4 stops to ask for directions before we could find it. Very frustrating! Once we found it, we had to drive across town again to pick up the appliance dolly.

I was supposed to be in a 10 foot economy I was comped a 17 foot which took all my money for gas. Which left me broke, the brakes were so bad on the truck it scared my children. I have used Uhaul before and all were good but this time it was awful and scary.

I made my reservation at another pick up location and was told the day before pick up that the location had been changed. This location was fine, but it was out of my way and not where I had been expecting to get my trailer.

I RENTED A 26FT TRUCK AND TOW DOLLY AND WAS TOLD I COULD PICKUP BOTH AT BLYTHEVILLE LOCATION AND THEN WAS TOLD AT LAST MINUTE I HAD TO DRIVE TO THIS LOCATION TO RETRIEVE SUCH DOLLY. THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE!

I reserved the truck in Blytheville and the truck I wanted was suppose to be 26 footer! Had to go to Kennet to pick the truck up and then it was a 17 footer. Then had to drive 40 miles just to get it to my house before I could even use it. Then after I was done with had to drive it back to Kennet whick was another 40 miles! So total mileage for everything was 219 miles. 80 miles of that was to pick up and return the truck just do I could use it. I did receive a $40.00 credit but what about the gas money I had to spend to drive back and fourth just to get to the location I lived. Very upset and will probably never use Uhaul again! No one will probably even see this any way! As far as customer service from the location I picked the truck up from was excellent!!!!!!!!

we asked for a 17' truck got a 14' it took us two load to get stuff out of home, if I would of use a 17' twice i would not be going back with a friends pickup. We asked for a special dolly, didn't get it, all of these problems came from outside when we made the reservation. They should of called ahead to set up our needs.
