I returned truck with 1/4 tank of gas as I was instructed, they charged me for gas and told me the tank was 1/8 full when I returned the truck. This is not correct, I expect to be refunded the extra amount I was charged for gas.STEPHEN D.

Marci Jansen, office manager of this location was so rude and very "snappy"! I understand, during COVID, some business are still mask wearing. My husband and I walked in without ours, as we do, and she raised her voice and said " you have to have a mask to be in here, you can't be in here without a mask" almost in a panic,, it sounded.. I wanted to ask her a quick question first, she agin raised her voice and repeated herself, in the same tone. I have never been treated so rudely! I did go get my mask, only because I needed the UHaul. If this was not a necessity, I would have canceled UHaul and went elsewhere. I WILL NEVER recommend this location, and may not use UHaul again, due to this person treating me that way. She could have been a much more pleasant way for her to approach the "mask" issue without being yelled at to get out. She also snapped at someone else who came in the door behind me, that "only 1 person could be in the office at a time and to get outside". Her tone and demeanor were the issue, not her words, necessarily. As I received my paperwork and key, and headed for the door, I hear a male from another office sarcastically say "have a nice day". I advised him to have a nice day. Again, if this is how UHaul has their representatives act and speak, I will go elsewhere for my needs.Robert W.

The lady could greet the Customer when they walk in...say Anything. She was unfriendly each time I have been there and did not inform me of Anything. I had to Ask where would I return the key after hours, when do they close, had to ask about replacement when told my Reservation wasn't there. Things the business should let Customers know, or at least be Friendly..I didn't interrupt you at HomeRachael F.

The truck had been smoked in. No fault of the uhaul place. New truck with hitch. 19.99 rental plus 10.00 for insurance and .79 a mile (which adds up quickly!) $15.00 for gas, so For 50 miles all total became almost $100.00SANDRA PUYANA M.

They were very friendly and efficient and had a truck on a busy weekend when I suddenly needed one, The truck ran well and was maintained but was very dirty inside. Sorry to have to say that. Very good experience and equipment was ready and good to go. 2 things that could have been better: - was verbally given 2 different return times, by 2 different contacts, for vehicle to avoid another days charge (maybe include it on contract, if its not already there). - there was not a way to secure the bed of the truck upon return. Dolly was used and left inside, but had a concern that it could be stolen and I would be liable.Marlea B.

The truck we rented a26 footer was not available even though i receivede a confirmation i had to drive 1 hour out of my way to get a truck and it was only a 15 footer so i had to also rent a trailer. This also caused me to have to pay for an extra hout of loading help. The truck i got had an axle seal leaking and the tow haul. Button did not work. I drove 5 hours to get to this truck and spent the night.I feel like uhaul had a take it or leave it attitude we dont need your bussinessCraig S.

Answer phone on a local basis. I called to talk to the rep at the Booth St. Storage; I could only talk to a U-Haul rep. at the reservation desk. not good! My questions could not be answered. I was told the wrong fuel mileage by a lot!CRAIG W.

Big gripe, most of it my fault as I should have measured the trailer prior to renting. The trailer is advertised as 5' x 9'. This is not accurate as the inside of the trailer is 4'9". This is significant due to the item I was trying to move, it was 4'11" x 8'. These 2 inches wasted the 460 mile round trip I took to pick up the item. I not blame U-Haul, but documentation on the trailer on the site that noted the internal measurements will aid in future misunderstandings.Jeffry M.
