Take this trailer out of service, the stickers are faded and there's a significant amount of rust discoloration on all the metal.. mechanically the trailer works fine. The location was fine. Very helpful when hooking up the trailer.Tim M.

Absolutely horrible experience from the beginning. I ordered two dollies and a furniture dolly. When I arrived the owner told me that they only had one dolly. When they provided me with the uhaul it was absolutely filthy, with food left inside of the vehicle. As I was driving on the highway, I noticed my driver side mirror slowly separating from the door. When I pulled over the entire mirror was poorly installed with screws that were too short for that mirror and the mirror came completely off! When I called the uhaul place that I got it from, the man I got the uhaul answered â€œjoeâ€ who stated that they were aware of the mirror being loose but that they fixed it and told me that there was nothing they could do about it. I felt completely unsafe driving this vehicle and had a friend meet me on the highway to tie the mirror with rope so that I could get to my destination. It was a terrible experience.Iris S.

The location owner connected the trailer to my vehicle. Trailer disconnected and damage my vehicle and property. I filed a claim with Rep West and called Uhaul. I constantly rent from Uhaul and this is disappointing. I expected to hear from someone but no one.Gerard G.

Not sure if Uhaul or this location is to take responsibility for confirming a reservation 30 minutes apart. I had to wait an hour to use a dirty roach infested  van.. The previous renter also left furniture in the cargo space and was very late on returning the vehicle. The location and Uhaul is to be blame for having me wait [hostage] 30+ minutes when I returned the van hours before my time would expire. Telling me to call my bank because the bank is declining the transaction. After calling the bank, the rep informed me of another charge amount greater than my current final bill total was charge the previous day. Now I am being told in order to be on my way I would have to pay for the final amount [less tha the previous charge] in order to leave the store. And after the first charge is cleared, 3-4 days I will get it back depending on my bank. After all was said and done, I over heard them saying their system is down, let the customer leave and they will sort it out afterwards.Corey M.
This is my worst experience with uhual. I booked my Uhaul for 10:15 am i got there and the man told me the Uhaul wasnt ready because the person who rented the Uhaul before did not return the dolly. The owner told me i had to wait a few mins for the person to bring it back so he could close out their contract. He said he would call me in a few when the customer returned. 2 hrs went by and he never called me. I called him 4 times and he did not pick up until i used my friend phone to call and he picked up saying the person didnt come back yet. After waiting 2 hrs i went back up to uhaul. At this point is was after 12 mind you i initially went up there at 1015 to pick up the uhaul. So i get there and he still didnt close out the contract and after waiting 20 mins he tells me my original reservation. was cancelled by uhaul so a new one had to be put in. So i waited longer. I finally was able to get the Uhaul 2 hrs after my original reservation at 12:13. Then when i dropped the uhual back off the lady who was there was very rude. I will never ever book anything from uhaul. I ended being late to move out of my apartment because the uhual was not ready on time so i was charged an additional days rent by my landlord im so upset and i feel like i should be reinbursed.LYEISHA B.

Keep an eye out for cleanliness!. The exterior of the truck was dirty. At the time of reservation, the customer service rep should inform renters that upon returning to collect the vehicle, make sure they have there phones with them to help with the process of renting. Not everyone totes around with there phones. I had to use my Mom phone because I had no idea the DL process requires a phone to click a link for pictures. Good thing she didn't leave. Other than that it was not a headache to rent the truck. Definitely going back for needed rentals. Gracias.Cameron G.

Gave the address where I was moving and stated that I wanted to turn in trailer to closest U-Haul. Went to the closest and was told to take it across town out of my way and inconvenient. Uhaul rep was rude and would not listen look at my agreement nor make a call on my behalf. Wasted my time and money!bill P.

I return the U-Haul early clean and Refueld. I asked the man is everything fine he stated yes. I left location only to get an email the next day stating that I was missing 6 gallons of gas when I only use the unit for 12 miles and Reafield $15 prior to drop off. I was charged a $30 refill fee plus in an additional $24 for the fuel. When I return to the location he stated that it was not him and I should callCustomer service if I want anything done. He's a liar and a fraud and I have starting investigation as to why my card was charged additional funds without my approval and why wasn't given a real time receiptLeslie S.

This location makes it really simple to rent a vehicle anytime of the day. I use them when I have multiple catering events and not enough vans. In this instance, I wanted a van around 8:00pm. All I needed was my phone with some charge to get the van. Very smooth process.Jason M.

With the exception of MiMi, staff has NO customer service skills. I was told that I needed to sign in on an "App" in order to check my vehicle back in, and was told I was to be charged a "connectioin fee" to have my trailor connected to my car. I've been renting for 6 years now and never have I seen such arrogant and unprofessional behavior in the staff at a Uhaul. The area also has horrible traffic, making it dangerous to drive a trailer.Daniel B.
