Felt like I was borrowing my most reliable friend's truck. I will always recommend Bones for my Uhaul needs. It was 5 extra miles, but I specifically chose this location over Evergreen way because pulling out into that road with a giant box trick scares the heck out of me. Bones' location allows for a very safe and easy access onto a significantly less busy road (than Evergreen Way) and this alone makes me feel at ease. The great customer service is simply icing on the cake

Clearly this is their second business. The agent/mechanic couldn't explain or find detailed information concerning appropriate insurance coverage (the details of Uhauls differing coverages). In his defense, I read what is available and it is very confusing. My question was what is the coverage exactly, and how does roadside assistance work if I had a flat on the trailer given that there is no spare.

I dropped my equipment off outside of regular business hours. As required, I attempted to complete the automated drop off process however it failed to function for me. The website was unable to determine my location so I could not complete the process. I verified my iPhone location settings were turned on and allowed for the safari Web browser to access my location. I then called the uhaul customer service, was on hold for about 15 mins, ultimately the call rang through and then hung up. I called back and was on hold again for about 20 mins until reaching a customer service agent. She was very helpful and polite. I was concerned that due to the fact that I was not able to complete the drop off process that I would be financially responsible for the equipment until the trailer was “checked in”. Luckily all went well and I received confirmation that the trailer had been receive today (10/6)

We called around 20 or so times from start to end. Pur first reservation for a 15' 3 hours away and a ferry ride, during my conversation in making the reservation we were under the impression it was 15 minutes away. Then so many more calls to find a 10' one than we had to leave alot behind and leave separately. Renal was nice, clean and ran well, we don't like the fuel monitor and that it didn't have cruise control. The motor was loud when shifting. We didn't receive the pads that we reserved. However all in all at this point all is well. Thank you for all the wonderful customer service representatives they all were great, pleasant and informative.

Auto reply from Uhaul told me to take it back to a different location that hasn't rented uhaul trailers for a while. Somebody needs to fix that problem !

They were not there during business hours We were charged for three extra days when we returned the equipment a day early. When I got the extra bill I called them and left a message. It has been two days and still have not heard from them.

The electronic check out through a smart phone was one of thee worst things I have ever used, it did not work at all for me and when it tried to was about an hour lag. ended up having to actually use the help from Bones to check in.

I think it's pretty ridiculous to ask for 2 names as references to rent a U-Haul. I might sort of understand if I was driving across the country, but not for a local rental. You have my Drivers License and Credit Card information... what is the need for references? Needless gathering of information in my opinion! I also don't need an online account created simply because I rented a truck! If I want to create an account, I will.

I would recommend this location because of its location (easy to find an easy access to the interstate) but on a Saturday afternoon it was difficult to find any staff and the automotive shop associated with it was not attended. There was no signage directing us where to park the large truck or what else was needed to return the rig.

I also had an issue dropping off my equipment. Since I picked up at two different locations, I thought it would be easy to drop off at two locations. It was NOT!!! I had to go to three different U-haul dealers to find one that would take the car carrier. I was on the phone with U-haul help desk three times and she still got the reservation wrong. I will not be recommending U-haul to anyone in the future. You have convinced me to hire REPUTABLE movers the next time I move.

the mobile pickup was terrible, it took an hour to gain access to the truck to go where we needed t. they needed contact info for other people to verify my personal info, seems they could have asked for this previously. they changed my pick up location then charged me extra for being over the milage. if I picked up at the place I choose I would not have been over! worst experience ever!

Mickey was nice but the truck was filthy. A week before I picked the truck up uhaul sent an email stating that the pick up location needed to do an inspection on my vehicle to confirm that my car could be safely towed. I tried calling “Bones” at least 6 times during businesses hours and they never answered. I drove to the location where I waited 20 minutes before they even acknowledged me. When I asked them to inspect my car they said they didn't need to. When I picked the truck up I had a pleasant experience with Mickey, but I did not think to inspect the truck. After bringing it home my husband was very upset at how filthy it was inside and out. We had to clean the cargo space and ramp because it was covered in mud, leaves and muck, there were even pieces of trash and the previous renters stuff in the back and cab area. The whole inside of the cab was disgusting, someone had spilled a coffee so everything was sticky on the passenger's side. It should have been cleaned because of the coffee but also because of COVID 19.

Make sure reserved item is on the lot before comfirming a reservation. Make sure truck is full of fuel before renting. Don't send an email to customer saying an item hasn't been returned and saying you couldn't contact the customer at provided contact information when in fact, no one actually tried. Dont charge someone for fees that are not valid! I wasnt the only person to not get their rental on the morning I was to pick up the 6x12 trailer I had reserved days in advance!

The Company didn't do a walk around with me. They didn't even walk out to the truck to open it up to see the inside. If they would have they would have seen that the moving pads were all over the place, the handcart wasn't secured and there was trash in the drivers cab. I will not be using this location ever again. On top of that I got charged for the blankets that I didn't use.
