The Company didn't do a walk around with me. They didn't even walk out to the truck to open it up to see the inside. If they would have they would have seen that the moving pads were all over the place, the handcart wasn't secured and there was trash in the drivers cab. I will not be using this location ever again. On top of that I got charged for the blankets that I didn't use.

The drop off, no on3 was there and I had to drop off the trailer and Uhaul at different locations, Josh was alot of help on the phone at Papas Locker and Storage but wasn't there when I drop off even though it was the middle of the day Wednesday during there business hours.

The truck itself was great; however, I will not be doing 24/7 self service again. My reservation was canceled when I was not at the truck exactly when I reserved it, I could not log into the app or the website even after creating an account and changing my password multiple times so I had to do it as a guest, and it took multiple tries for it to actually accept my credit card. If I rent another UHaul I will go the old fashion route and pick up at a store from a person, Online or through the app was simply a pain in the butt, The only problem I had with the location was that the gate was really hard to manually open and shut on my own. The workers at Bones Automotive were very nice!

Always rent from U-Haul love your service. However, I will not rent from this location again. Impersonal service, very unhappy attendant, seemed as if he could care less that I was renting equipment from him. I will pick a different location in the future. Even if that means I have to drive further to rent a piece of equipment I want.

Jason did an outstanding job of pulling the equipment together that I needed to complete our interrupted trip from Ellensburg, WA to Longmont, CO after our car broke down. Kudos to him and his determination to make sure I got what I needed to complete the trip. NICE JOB JASON!!. He had to repair the non-functioning lights on the car dolly while I waited, which another U-Haul facility had delivered to him but had NOT checked the equipment out before transferring it off to him. This should be required of all equipment as part of the acceptance so that the condition is know prior to trying to lease it to a customer. A it embarrassing for Jason.

(1) It does not seem like the 4X8 Cargo Trailer i rented ever got any maintenance. The wheels were rusted and got me worried the whole time I was using it. It was also so bouncy and noisy as I drove it - loaded, or not. (2) When I first got the trailer, I drove it home and when I opened it, there were so many wooden pellets inside, probably from the previous user. The dealership did not take the time to even check the equipment prior to releasing to me. I had to sweep it up prior to use and made sure it was clean when I returned it. (3) Then the price, I was attracted to the $15/day price. I rented it for 2 days and ended up paying almost $50. Geez, why can't all the fees and taxes be disclosed upfront so customers are not caught unaware. I am concerned with people who do not have enough fund/s allocated for renting something like this. I am a Desert Storm & Iraqi Freedom Veteran and I normally share experiences like these to my veteran's group so they are informed.

I was supposed to have a storage reservation held at the drop off location. Some how my reservation was lost and I had to search for a new storage on Saturday. The reason turning in the truck late was due to no other storage units being open on Sunday. Also my reservation was made so I could pick the truck up at 4pm and drop off at 4pm in Longview but I was only given the opportunity to pick the truck up at 2pm. I wonder what is the point of making a reservation if for one, your storage your reserved gets canceled and the time you requested gets denied? I've rented from uhaul multiple times and never again will I ever. I was very disappointed and outraged at the way I was treated. Seemed like out of the four different customer service employees i spoke with, no one was trying to find a solution or help the customer out.

I was over charged for mileage. When I picked up the truck, the original invoice charged me the first 5 miles. I drove a total of 24 miles and was charged for the full 24 miles when I returned the truck. Not happy. It may not be a lot of money, but it's MY money. How often does this happen? How about a refund?

I love the place. Just wish uhaul would have gotten a hold of to tell me that I had a different location to pick up at. Instead of a small box on the email they game me. I overlooked it.

Extremely unsatisfied. 1. The Vehicle was extremely dirty / sticky substance (soda?) all over the dash/windshield, seats, throughout the inside the cab - I had to clean it out. 2. The location thought I was picking up my vehicle at 9pm, versus the indicated 9am reservation time. Luckily they had 1 vehicle. 3. Gas under 1/4 tank. Why don't you enforce filling up these vehicles, so the customer can easily fill it up, when completed? Also, extremely inconvenient to clean a vehicle, and then fill gas up, prior to moving! I now you charge the customer if they bring it back below the designated amount, so fill it up! 4. The rear of the truck was full of trash/debris, so again I had to clean out the storage area, prior to loading. Again, another item you charge a customer for, if the vehicle is returned dirty!

I didn't have a problem with either location that I picked up my equipment at. I have a problem with u-haul. I specifically asked if the truck and trailer I was renting would be at the same location they said yes they would send me an email as to where to pick up. I went their to find out that this place had the trailer and I had to go to a different location to get the truck. And then back again to get the trailer and then again to the other place top get my car. Took over 2 hours. I usually rent from budget or pesky and I now know why. Also the truck had no power I had to do 30-40 miles an hour up hills and I'm not talking huge hills. And the check engine light was on. Not impressed! for this kind of money I would expect better.

Truck cab was dirty inside, dried liquid spills and stong smell / order. After loading and begining the drive from Washington to Orgon the smell / order of cat urine became stronger as the truck / day became warmer and truck fully loaded. I phoned U-haul customer service and was given direction to call back after returning truck in Oregon to request of refund. 7 plus hours driving with horrible smell and unsanitary condition unacceptable. Clearly Bones Automotive did not follow procedure for cleaning and prepping truck for next customer.
