Truck wasn’t swept out when I got it, I swept it out regardless. Just seems out of sorts you’d charge someone for not sweeping it out if it wasn’t swept out initially.

Rick WThe self service was a bit complicated I didn’t know that it was self service no one told me so that would be the one thing I would recommend for employees to let customers know depending on hrs you get truck you will have to do self service or I’m not sure if this location was just self service.

Called uhaul roadside and they took care of everything. Thank you! I have been customer for a while now and it's always been great 👍

FREDDIE HIt may bot be the businesses fault, but It appears the gas gauge is broken. I drove about 20 miles, put 9 gallons of gas in it and the gage did not move. Last time I rented a truck for 16 miles it took about 2 gallons.

Kyle SThe location I originally had a reservation with was closed during their open hours with no reason given on the door. I called Boltons and they promptly helped me get a new reservation. Great customer service.
Thomas CThe 26' van was older and the oil light was on. When we told the manager, she said it just indicated the need for an oil change. With the vehicle loaded and on the highway to the destination, the vehicle lost power. We were able to make it to the destination at a top speed of 12 MPH. It was not a safe situation. We were able to return the vehicle to the rental location. Zach the U-Haul representative followed up with us promptly and was very professional and helpful. He very unexpectantly refunded our full payment for the U-Haul and apologized for the situation. This was more than we could hope for and beyond what we expected. With that kind of stand behind your service, we will gladly do business with U-Haul again!
