Great experience.
David GThis location was really good and the people who work there. My problem with UHaul is they changed my pickup location. What is the point of picking an exact pickup location just so that UHaul can move it to another place. I had to go an additional 10 mile because of this. Even worse, in the email notification, UHaul just say "update on your rental" without specifically saying the update was on a new location. I would not have notice till I click on the link on the rental location. This should be made very clear what was updated

Hope CInspect the vehicle more thoroughly next time around. The a/c stops working after going 45 mph so it made for a very hot and miserable trip.

bryan pI was never made aware of the hours for Boltons self storage, when I changed my drop off time have it extended since my move was taking longer than expected. The app allowed me to do so but the gate was locked, when I called I was told I'd have to drive it back the next day, which was not an option for me. I will probably never use a U-Haul again.

Darwin BTruck wasn't swept out when I got it, I swept it out regardless. Just seems out of sorts you'd charge someone for not sweeping it out if it wasn't swept out initially.

Rick WThe self service was a bit complicated I didn’t know that it was self service no one told me so that would be the one thing I would recommend for employees to let customers know depending on hrs you get truck you will have to do self service or I’m not sure if this location was just self service.

CAROLE OEquipment maintenance, thankfully I noticed the one of the wheels wasn't doing to good on the trip and I had to stop, no accidents happened trailer didn't loose the tire but it could have been worse. Called uhaul roadside and they took care of everything. Thank you! I have been customer for a while now and it's always been great

FREDDIE HIt may bot be the businesses fault, but It appears the gas gauge is broken. I drove about 20 miles, put 9 gallons of gas in it and the gage did not move. Last time I rented a truck for 16 miles it took about 2 gallons.

Randy DRecommend explaining about the Verify Equipment Condition text message customer will receive upon rental and need to respond before the link expires, and explain how the Check-in App works and need to be at the rental location to complete and pics that customer needs to take and upload.
