The guy working here at the time of drop off was so rude from start to finish!! I went a little over my mileage so I owed $5.67 and he was so upset by the fact that I wanted to pay it in cash instead of card. I will not go back to this location if he is working,

Bob’s Service Repair in White River Junction, VT. Young employee acted like I was disturbing him, moved slowly, and kept readjusting his ear buds to listen to music during the return process. Rude. Show a little appreciation for your customers or you won’t have any.

Ben, the manager keeps the standard and delivery of goods very high both by his people/customer skills and extremely fun personality. The Saturday afternoon person Cole A, was difficult to deal with. He was disrespectful when I didn't know where to park the truck and would not allow me to get gas. Then attempted to charge me for an extra day when I was not even 5 minutes late. Later when I trie dto reason things out he would not but signed a note that Ben would be in touch before I was charged. This did not happen. Furthermore he told me in front of the other customer that I was the disrespectful one.

Confused why I was charged for extra miles. Bob's rented to me for 3 days so that I would have another 150 mi. Guy renting said 150 mi per day, which we estimated would be more than enough to drive to Falmouth, MA, and then Boston. I was well within the 450 mi allotted. So why the extra charge when I dropped it off EARLY in Boston?

The guy who took care of the reservation onsite was friendly and helpful. Very good experience picking up my truck at Bobs. And the truck drove nicely.

My only comment would be is that I did not need the truck for the full 6 hours. I had the truck maybe just over 2 hours. With that being the case there should of been some sort of pro rate I was given. Instead of paying almost $50 I think $25 would of been more suitable. I will say the two young boys (men) working did a great job. They were right on the ball with everything and handling what needed to be done with no problem.

The was mud all over the inside of the windshield, dash and inside the bed of the truck. There was also some kind of petroleum product film all over the bed of the truck that ruined my matress and some of my clothing.

Ben U-Haul representative understands and is adept at your renting platform and gives me the best service I always recommend Bob’s service center talk to Ben

The staff need to be better trained on leasing U-Haul. When I turned the vehicle in they was some confusion on mileage. When they looked in to the mileage on documented on my slip was from another truck. The manager had to be called in to try to figure out how many miles I had put on the vehicle. Really not sure if I was charged correctly or not.

It was very difficult to arrange to pickup a rental truck at this location. We had to call U-Haul at least 4 different times to confirm the correct pickup location. Several times we received an incorrect confirmation notice that showed the wrong pickup location in Lebanon NH. Also, we did not use the furniture pads and returned the bag unopened. The attendant (Ben) said that he credited our invoice for the returned pads, however, we were still charged an extra $5 for them.

worst experience i have ever had no one was listening to the consumer i clearly made my intentions to Ben at Bob Service station in WRJ VT i spoke with Erika at UHAUL (very rude and should not be in customer service. Ill use Penske in the future and I will tell everyone not to use UHAUL Your company is a bait and switch and horrible

So this was weird for me. The drop off location was a gas station/service center. Random note, this place uses a grocery discount per gallon, so, bonus. Anyway, I'm local to this area so I know this place. 0 idea it was somehow uhaul affiliated. If you go in there's like a bottom shelf of uhaul hitches and like some boxes, but yeah, I saw no indication I was in the right place. If I was from out of town I would have been lost. So also, there was a kid there training, and I felt bad for him because he had no clue, but they were at least nice.

To repeat Uhaul on line and as a company is terrible. The customer service horrible. The people at the locations very nice doing all they can to fix the screw ups created by on line registrations.

Uhaul got the reservation wrong 3 times. Wrong return time, wrong return location. Said they corrected it after the conformation call, but did not. Employee lied about what he was doing to the contract to correct it, and it cost us over $200 extra. Lied through a smile about drop off location, mileage cost, and extra fees. Fourth experience with Uhaul, all four have been awful.

How about we also talk about the part that U-Haul completely screwed up like losing our first reserved truck and forcing us to drive 25+ miles to get supplies and find another truck. Your dropping the ball on this reservation, the SCREWED up billing and time and $$$ wasted on my part to resolve SUFFOCATES the rest of the experience.

I had reserved a 20 foot truck 6 weeks ahead of time. The day before I was to pick up the truck, I received a call saying the Uhaul had not responded to my request for a 20 ft truck and was not able to fulfill the order. I then decided to use a 15 foot. It required 3 trips vs. 1 with a larger truck. Annoying.

Bobs is shady worst place to rent from. They totally overcharged me! There is no way I drove 37 miles with the truck! My move was in Quechee vt

I think they had a new guy at the desk. He made a helluva mess out of my order. We were blessed that they had a truck we could use. There was no walk through and I called them later to report a non-working back up light and a dent in the front bumper. The truck performed excellently and the return was a piece of cake (except for resolving 2 contracts- the signed one in my posession and the one in the system that said I owed an additional 4 days worth).

When I got to my storage unit, there were not any furniture pads. I called Bob's when I got home and was assured this charge would be taken off. I dropped off my truck (after hrs) I was sent an invoice for $10 for not returning the pads I never had in the first place. I expect to be reimbursed for both.

The truch was very dented. Gas guage was hard to read so I ended up putting in more than I needed. It would have been nicer to have the tank full and just top off so I would know exactly how much gas to put in. .
