My uhaul van came with 'Needs Oil Change' light on and the 'Low tire pressure' light on. You would think that since this is a garage that they would maintain the vehicles a little better.Thomas F.

Very frustrating. Messy bed of van. Employee told me to drop off key and then do drop off on phone but phone drop off required pics that I couldn't take because I dropped off the key already !!!Michael R.
Took too long to check out - rep took 5 minutes before acknowledging me, then had computer issues for 10-15 min. Person who hooked trailer up wore no mask and was smoking a cigarette the whole time. After returning the trailer I told them it was back, they said ok, but got a call the next day asking about it's return.EDMOND G.

Amanda was fabulous and efficient and friendly to arrange the rental. She extra cleaned the vehicle prior to my departure. This is the place to rent from, even if you have to drive a few miles.DAVID L.

Terrible service. My car was broken on the road. So, I was not able to return the equipment at the due date. The lady at the drop off location called me on the return due date and asked me to return the equipment. I explained the situation to her and mentioned that I know that I have to pay $20 per extra day, based on my contract. But, she kept pushing me to return the equipment. She kept calling me over and over again, while I had explained to her that I can return it as soon as my car is fixed. Such a rude person! Furthermore, after I returned the equipment, she did not mention the charges due to late return. I just realized that my credit card was charged without my consent more that what I expected. I called her for clarifications and left a voice message, but never heard back. I have used U haul quite a few times and I have never had such a terrible experience. After being told FROM ANOTHER SITE 2 DAYS IN A ROW 4 TRIPS to the other site. The trailer still wasn't ready they said I could go down 15 miles to Bobby's they have one or wait another hour plus tire changing time n then they weren't even sure . Thing is got a call before pick up date to confirm the trailer still was needed I said yes I will be in at 9am ish got there trailer tire low n bald. Said I would come in at noon. Got there at noon and tire still wasn't replaced. Said i will see you 9ish on Thurs for there still not fixed I said see you after 1030 got there at 1030 n it wasn't done. Sure Glad I went to the Second place The husband wife n team helped me a lot to get back to Wis .DAVID F.
Honor the pick up time. We had meetings and were late to work because they were over a half hour late and the process to get the uhaul took fifteen minutes. Also we reserved moving blankets and we didn't get them.ROBIN G.
