JON KINNEYI had reserved an appliance dolly but it was not available. They located one at another rental company and reduced my rate on the trailer for the inconvenience. Overall, it worked out fine, but it was a bit aggravating that it was there when I picked up the trailer. I had to go out of my way to get the dolly and then return it at 7:00am on Monday.
