I was supposed to have a utility follow and a furniture dollies but only got the furniture dollie.

I made my reservation a week prior to my pick up date to ensure there would be no issues. The Uhaul website routes me the pick up location of 82 Storage and followed up with an online checking email which I completed with all my information for an easy pick up due to having my 2 toddlers in the car. On the morning of pick up it was raining, I had my children and was shocked that the 82 Storage was an unmanned storage field with a fence around it. I was never informed of this or given a gate code or any additional instructions. I called the phone number listed on the gate and was quickly told that they don't rent U-Haul at that location but he could give me the uhaul guys phone number. I called and left a message for Jordan and searched online for another location closest to me to get a truck. I received a call back from Jordan while driving and he was great!! Apologized about the 82 Storage location and took care of my reservation by transferring it to Bob's Towing. Upon arrival, the truck was ready to go and clean! Lindsay was very efficient and professional!! I would highly recommend Bob's Towing for all Uhaul needs. I would not recommend 82 Storage at all and it shouldn't even be an option for pick up or drop off. I appreciate Jordan taking the time to help me in a stressful moment and ensuring I received a truck to complete my move!

When booking online the information for the pick up & drop off were not accurate. The equipment was not available where I planned on picking up and then the return was much farther than I had requested.

The place smelled of cigarettes and cat urine. The woman was less than professional. The truck smelled like cat urine on the outside, the windshield wipers scraped the glass for a day and half I had to listen due to rain, the sun visor was hanging off as one hook was missing. I've used UHaul many times in the last several years and this was the worst.

I went over a little on my mileage when I returned it but I did also fill the tank all the way up instead of just to 5/8 full. They still charged me and extra $15.00. You would think they would have evened it out like other U-Haul places I use before.

The place was a dirty, smelly, run-down building and the parking lot was terrible, filled with potholes and garbage. The people were eating at their desk, talking with their mouths full, and smoking--very non-professional. They were, however, courteous and took care of me.

The 6 x 12 trailer I wanted to rent, the tail lights didn't work. We tried a second trailer, but again the tail lights didn't work. We ended up taking a 5 x 8 trailer which was smaller than I would have liked, but the attendant let us have the trailer at half price to make up for all our troubles, and that was very nice. We appreciated his accommodations.

When we arrived to the pick-up location, no one was there to meet us. We called the number on the receipt multiple times, but it kept ringing and voicemail was not set up to leave a message. I called phone number on the front of locatiom (which was different from what was on the receipt) and told someone we dropped a trailer off. I believe it was the wrecker/tow side of the business though.

I called to see what the name of my drop of location was per my contract and the number didnt work. I called and was on hold for 45 min to find out, and rep couldnt help without hos manager. Lastly gas gauge is broken which caused me to vastly overfill truck

The place was dirty. They had several cats and a small child crawling all over the very dirty floor and playing with lipstick all over her face. They did not have a computer or printer. I had reserved the truck online but still had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to hand me the keys. She finally said to me are you here for the 15 foot, I said yes and that was good enough for her. I was never asked my name, or ID. The amount of gas that was supposed to be in the truck was incorrect.

There were two car dollies available, and we noticed that one of them had completely bald tires that is one thing that I would suggest you improve, the equipment needs to be safe and reliable on the road, other than that the experience was fine and the people that run it were very very friendly and helpful and accommodating

Very poor communication at local pickup location. Unanswered phone calls, no return phone calls, inability to confirm reservation, extremely late confirmation of reservation (approximately one hour prior to scheduled pickup) and then office was closed upon our arrival at the scheduled pickup time. Regional Office was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

When I asked Mr Lemmon to check if the hitch was tight enough before I leave with the trailer, in a very rude way, he told me that I tight it myself if I want to. I have no intention to go back and rent from this location again.

Unfriendly. Charged me an extra $30.00 because I was, according to him, late in getting it back. D id not know there was a time limit as long as I got it back on 10/19. Had to unhook the trailer myself. Would never use his ficility again.
