I needed an appliance dolly that was on my online rental and had to go to another Uhaul during my rental to get it. Also when returning the truck I filled it back to how I received it but was still charged $7.

GAIL C.1. Facility was closed on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Had I know that, I would have chosen another facility for dropoff. 2. Got charged a convenience fee of $20. For whose convenience? Certainly wasn't mine. Dropped off in the middle of the day. 3. In all liklihood, will probably not use U-Haul again.

MICHAEL W.Nothing wrong with the location and equipment. I had major issues while dealing with your mobile check-in and return process. As the rental location was closed, I had to pick up the truck via my phone. When I made the reservation, Bill, the sales person, told me that I needed to wait till I was ready to pickup the truck before starting the online process. But when I got there, the link to start had expired, so I had to retrace the emails to get a link. And setup an account (which I could've done at home beforehand but again, Bill told me to do so when I was onsite.) Then I ran into delays because the web site would not accept my Location Services settings. I kept getting an error message. I called customer service, waited 15 minutes, and after she had me change Safari websites location services, it started working. (Would have saved time if your instruction included that as well!) She walked me through it but it took an hour from start to finish. What a waste of time!! Returning the truck was worse; I never rec'd a "return link" so again, had to go through earlier emails to find the right link. I did and clicked on "Return my truck" and the screen would show a photo of the location with another link to watch a video on how to return the truck. That's fine but after the video, there was no way to access the window to upload the odometer/fuel photo to finalize the return. I called Cust Service at 5:40 (truck was due back at 6) and was told there was a 51 minute wait. I completed a call-back , put the key in the drop box and went home. I got a call over an hour later, the recording said I was first in the que, and then another recording immediately came on and said there was a 61 minute wait. So I left another call back and when I rec'd that call, it said the same thing: I was first in the que. And then it disconnected me. At that point I had enough of UHaul. When the rental location opened up on Saturday I planned to go back to make sure I was charged accordingly and to tell them how frustrating the mobile check-in experience was. But today I rec'd the receipt showing the correct amount so no need. But I will never rent from UHaul again if I can't deal with a person directly.

This made me extremely nervous because I was afraid that the roaches will transfer onto my personal items and I would then in turn take them with me to my new place of residence.

I can't even continue writing all the Bullshit that happen after that. Just know You all Suck and I hope I never have to rent from you all again!

BRIAN H.When we first arrived, it did not appear open (there was an open sign but the door was closed and locked). Maybe a buzzer or bell to ring with a sign. We just knocked loudly (our first knock wasn't heard) because it said open and the gentleman came to the door. That was our only concern. He was attentive, friendly and very professional and got us in and out quickly and efficiently! Only reason I put not applicable to recommending is it was our second location we had been to that day and it was very far out of our way for us and any of our friends.

The man told us when we picked the trailer up to drop the trailer off before the store opened and told us to park it anywhere. He made it out like it was no big deal. The day we dropped it off I get the invoice with an extra $20 fee that he did not tell me about for after hour service. He never told us about the fee. We dropped it off 10 min early because of what he said and was penalized for that. If I had known I would have waited the exrtt10 min. Then on top of that they are not answering the phone. I have been calling and calling and no answer or call back
DAVID V.The air-conditioning in the truck went out and wasn't working for most of the trip. Also, 2 of the seat belts were non-functional...only the drivers side worked. The equipment should be better maintained.
