I was charged way more than I was told for each day. The staff was nice but the guy at checking the vehicle back in seemed clueless. I will not recommend uhaul to anyone.

Clean the back of the truck before I rent it. Had tons of dirt. First place I went to didn't have the right equipment (TD) but instead had an AT that didn't even work. After spending 1.5 hours there I decided to cancel and had to go 30 more minutes out of my way to get a truck

I had to rent the truck and appliance dolly from 2 different locations. I can understand that. But after spending the whole day loading and unloading that truck, I was exhausted. Then I have to return the truck and dolly to 2 different locations. That should not happen.

I had an issue finding a place to fuel up. So I drove the truck back without refueling. It was confusing to which place to take the truck. There was two areas. After realizing on my own first area wasn't correct I went to the second. When walking in I had to holler out there times before anyone came from the shop area. Then he couldn't really help me. He said his boss would contact me Monday. He didn't call. All I got was a email saying I had a promise to pay. Which I had informed the shop guy that I hadn't regueled and why I hadn't refueled. I think it would've been more professional to call me.

Make sure brakes were also when trailer is reserved make sure it is there on time. We were called the say before and found our trailer did not arrive . We had to go 1 1/2 he away to get one.

There was flooding during my trip as well as when I returned the unit. Being 67 years old, I'm not good with smart phone usage. Since I was late in returning the unit due to 2 detours it was hard ro find location and hard to take all the pictures u wanted

Was a little concerned that no one was there, but call to 800 number said it was OK to leave trailer and that helped.

I called and set up a diffrent drop off location because the one it gave me was the furthest away in the town. We had to return the equipment in daylight because no breaklights on auto transport and then was a additional 20$ something for what???? Seriously

The facility was not open so we did not meet with any personnel from drop off location It would be helpful for U-Haul to provide better instructions on what to do when returning equipment to a facility when they are closed

There was no one there when I was supposed to drop it off so I had to call to find someone. I was also charged and extra $7.50 for fuel when I know it was filled to where it was supposed to be. Very unhappy!

Be more clear on instructions on dropping off equipment. If equipment is to go to the storage lot do not ask customer to bring it to your office for inspection and then ask the customer to go back on a busy highway to place equipment in storage lot that is only about 100 ft. away.

Ensure that the location had all of the equipment ordere, I had to visit multiple sites to get the items I ordered. If a truck is ordered make sure that uhaul employees get it where it is requested. I had to hire a car service to drive me the 45 minutes one way to pick up a truck I ordered to be picked up two blocks away from my home. Make sure that the trucks are serviced. The truck hood feel completely off and onto the ground when I had to raise the hood fir an oil light. The oil was so low it didn't even show up on the dip stick. I had to rely on the help of an auto parts store to rig the hood back and add oil. The tow behind trailer had a broken hitch, I had to take one that was really to small and didn't have consistently working lights. Over all my experience with uhaul was a 'D-' this trip. My previous move was done with the local Budget rental company. They were more expensive this time so I went with uhaul, I guess you get what you pay for. The rental agents were good, the customer service reps were knowledgeable and helpful. The problems I had were more corporate issues. Clean out the previous renters trash.

I made a reservation about a month before I needed a 10 ft box truck for a 24 hour period. When I recieved a confirmation text message it had me scheduled for only 4 hours and returning the truck at the time I actually needed to pick it up. I called the location where I was to pickup the truck, which was not Bluff Transmission, to make the correct arrangements, after being told numerous times that I could not have the truck when I had reserved it because someone else had made reservations for It the man finally agreed to try to schedule me a truck. The day I was to pick it up I got another text stating I could pick it up at Bluff Transmission. I arrived earlier than scheduled so I specifically ask if it made any difference it I got the truck approximately 45 minutes early, the clerk assured me it did not. However when the paperwork was finished with the time I originally wanted to return the truck it was going to cost me for 2 days because it was 45 minutes past 24 hours. When I told the clerk I would rather wait to take the truck until the originally scheduled time I was told it was too late for the because the paperwork had already been completed. So my whole experience with Uhaul was very unpleasant and I would not recommend them to anyone.
