We dropped the uhaul off after hours, same day . Someone came in and stole the trailer, drove it to Knoxville Tn. Uhaul charged us for that illegal trip. Because we were the last ones to have the trailer. So wrong!! What a mess uhaul caused my credit card!! That will be the last time I will use Uhaul. It's not the first time I've had trouble with Uhaul.

These guys went above and beyond for me. I needed a specific trailer, and rather than force me to drive 40 miles round trip out of my way to pick it up, they went the day before and got my equipment. They did everything they could to make my pickup as convenient as possible.

The 26 ft truck had a hard time on the expressway. Was shaking really hard. The check coolent light was on.

The truck was clean, ran smoothly, and got the job done. It took a while to get the heating vents working, which meant a cold start to the journey, and constant wiping the windscreen to remove condensation. Finally got the heaters working when taking the truck back.

I was sent to 3 locations and I had made my reservations weeks in advance. I was really nice about it and went with the flow but after driving to 3 locations I got an upgraded truck which worked in my favor. This was my first time using a uhaul and the guy told me to simply park the truck and drop the key and that's it. I brought back the truck 7 hours early since I wanted to be sure I had it long enough. I had called the 1800 number to advise the lady I had returned it early and was there anything else I needed to do she said no. Then I received an email notifying me I had to do a return process 6 hours after I had called. I am freaking out thinkingn im going to be charged a ridiculous fee. She settled it for me and I am very thankful. But filled the tank before I dropped off the truck. The gas tank doesnt have notches so you cant really tell if you've filled it to 7/8 of a tank but I guess I didnt fill it just enough and got charged almost $16 for being a tad off even though it's difficult to tell how full it is especially when almost a full tank. Seeing as how I was sent to 3 different locations I feel they owe me gas money. Out of everything the lady on the phone who verified my check in was the saving grace.

This was the absolute best customer experience at a U-haul location I've ever experienced. Customer representatives were polite, friendly and seemed happy to be there. Pickup and dropoff was flawless. 100% opposite of the experiences I've had at the Bardstown Rd, Louisville location.

The man that i dealt with upon getting the truck was very helpful and nice. However when i returned the truck the old lady (owner) was VERY rude and talked badly about her employees. Had she been the one i originally dealt with i would have walked out and went somewhere else. Very very rude and unprofessional!!!!!! And shes the OWNER of this location!!! Unreal!!!

I went to the first location. Nobody was there. Got transferred to another location which was the location I originally wanted but initially was out of the truck I wanted. And then they had the truck I needed. Very confusing. Took over an hour to get what I needed which put me behind for the day

I had a horrible time trying to rent all equipment I needed . i ended up having to drive 30 minutes to another location to rent a tow dolly ; then drive back to this location to load my car where I was told they could not help me load it as it was an additional $20 charge . They did give me guidance which I appreciated as it had already taken an hour just to get the tow dolly and drive back . Very Frustrating in the end

Don't be rude to customers. The first time I tried to rent a truck at this location, a lady was rude and practically hung up on me. You should make the experience easy for the customer. The second time I did rent from this location and I went through the app so I could pick up easily and get out quickly but it was not easy or quick. This was due to the owner making me go through more than I was supposed to and taking up more time than necessary.

Van wasn’t swept out when I picked it up—it had a lot of loose dirt on the floor. I didn’t move anything dirty but I swept it out to avoid the surcharge. Good inventory of vans, and customer service was very helpful and friendly though.

Asked for drop-off location and was told ‘anywhere’, which was not the case. Understand I should have been given a location. Created a bit of a problem at destination.

My pickup was mobile self service. When I reached and tried to process pickup online it gave message : your pickup is scheduled for hand delivery and luckily I reached the place 5 mins before closing otherwise I would not be able to complete my pickup. So improvement can be: Inform via message or email that my pick up is converted from self to hand delivery so one can plan in advance.
