AARON WI used a U-Haul from this place and the staff is friendly and gets things done in a timely manner, no mechanical issues with the truck, but there was 8 bedbugs on my mattress when we got it off the truck!

Linda LBarely spoke to me and told me to “put it in the box, my daughter does that”. Then, I just got a bill for $2.54 for 6 extra miles!!!!! The same 6 extra miles that I drove back to town to get gas to return it to well beyond where it was when I rented it. Who do I bill for the 4 extra gallons of gas that I gave you.
john wGinger is wonderful and was so helpful through the whole process of getting the truck ordered about the 24/7 share that we had to do when we picked up the truck to dropping the truck off at her location. I highly recommend her and her family. If all of UHaul people were like her your company would be great. Again she was wonderful

Michael MI talked to the drop off location over the phone today, since I dropped the vehicle off after hours on Sunday. My issues have been discussed with them.

Michael MNo issues with this location. My issue is with the rental not matching the order. The pickup location was changed with little notice. I received confirmation email with the location I selected. It was a day later when I got a call that the location in another town and with different operating hours would have to be used.

Mike MVehicle was not at Bowling Green location where I reserved and pickup location was changed to this rural area near Scottsville, far away from where I reserved. . I was not contacted by Uhaul about this change. I had to drive 35 miles out of my way to Scottsville to pick up the truck and later to pick up my car, a major inconvenience. The website reservation experience was extremely poor...very non responsive website, hard to use and unstable. Website did not work properly for pickup location either, which slowed down pickup process.
Robert LCheck the oil and wiper rubbers.I added 2 quarts. The oil was black and needed to be changed. Ginger opened shop after hours on a Saturday for me to rent this truck. Can't get any better service than that.

Tim BMy only issue was with corporate out of Nashville. The location in Scottsville was excellent, couldn't of asked for better people to deal with. But you need to work with your online reservations. I asked for and thought I got a location in Bowling Green, then got a phone call telling me no you need to drive 20 miles away to pick up trailer. Then you want to charge me a one way rate to drop back off in Bowling Green where online it showed the trailer available. Technology is available to show this info at time of rental online, please use it.

Kenneth VMy experience with the young lady who helped in Scottsville, KY (Bluegrass Mini Storage) was ABSOLUTELY GREAT! She listened and helped with an issue I had based on my initial booking and was extremely thorough in reviewing and explaining the details of the contract. Would not hesitate to use this location again if needed. On the other hand, my initial reservation location was supposed to be the Campbell Lane location in Bowling Green, KY. My experience was the following: Took a while (5 to 10 minutes) for someone to ask us if we needed any help and there was 1 other person in the store. The individual initially helping us seemed to have an attitude and acted as if they did not want to be there. I specifically asked for a 17’ truck, explained why a 15’ truck would not work and the distance we needed to move items (i.e. from Bowling Green, KY to Lexington, KY), but not once did anyone explain to me that 17’ trucks were for local use only until I received the phone call the day before pick up. I had to go the Scottsville, KY (approximately 15 miles away) and was only offered 25 extra miles. I would not use this location again not unless it was an emergency.
Edwin BRecieved a call on Monday morning from a guy saying he wants to assign us a drop off location in Bowling Green Ky. I told him it was dropped off on Saturday in Halfway Ky at the Bluu Grass mini storage. Ginger of Blue Grass was very helpful in allowing us to drop it off there as opposed to taking the truck to Bowling Green Kevin. The call I received Monday from the gentleman was not really welcomed since he seemed a little irate with me and my decision to leave the truck in Halfway Ky Since no actual drop off location was assigned and Ginger notified her area Manager I was leaving the truck there of course with his approval

SAMUEL BThis locations was closed at the time of drop off. I was only suppose to have 5/8 of a tank of fuel in the truck when returned, which I did and was charged $16.96 for fuel because it was not full. The lady I talked to was rude and very unprofessional about this problem. I will never use U haul again due to this treatment. I will not recommend anyone to use your company for their moving.

GREG WThe truck had a considerable vibration. I was very disappointed to have to go to a location other than the one submitted for pick up. To travel to another county to pick up the truck caused a significant problem and should have been disclosed at the time of the reservation in order to budget the appropriate time.
