The guy that was working at the location I picked up from was rude and not friendly. They did not have a dolly that I reserved almost a month in advanced. I have not received an official receipt either.

Kathryn P.The place you originally gave me to drop off the truck by 10AM was Workman's Auto in Buckner, KY. They are supposed to be open at 8 AM. I went there to drop off the truck at 8 AM and the place was closed. I called repeatedly from 8 AM until 9:30 AM. No one answered the phone and their voicemail was full so I couldn't even leave a message! This disrupted my entire plans for the day. I drove there at 9:30 and the place was still closed so I had to go to Crestwood and leave the truck at another location twice as far from my home. Btw, before I picked up the rental you emailed me offering $25 off my rental to bring a trailer back to KY behind my truck rental. I declined and then you offered me $50. This gave me the impression that you think of your customers as suckers who will jump at an offer half of what you are prepared to make in advance. Since you started the dickering I countered offering to do it for $100 and you didn't even give me the courtesy of a response All that said the next time I need to rent a truck or trailer, U-Haul will be the last company I call.

Paula H.Man rude, talked down to me. And he never gave me the dolly, not in van, so I had to call regional office so they could locate me one on way back and pick it up. Crestwood Laundry location man very nice! I'd go there but I would never go back to the Bluegrass Party location, Crestwood.

Donald S.Trailer was clean and functioned mostly fine. However one of the four tires was in terrible condition and once I loaded the trailer found it was flat/had a nail in it. I was able to inflate it and complete my tasks as it wasn't leaking too quickly but tires that bad should not be in a rental - someone will have a tough day. I informed the rental location when I returned it. It needs a new tire - not a repair.

He was very rude to me when I showed up to receive the blankets that were not included with my original rental at Anchorage. He is also supposed to refund me for a Utility dolly that I did not take from him. He did not do that before I left the store and it now been 2 days and I still don't have a refund.
STEPHEN H.My rating is more about U-Haul overall and your incredibly poor app. I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone regardless of location. (1) The cargo area's mat had something gross all over it. I used a tarp to cover it before putting any of my stuff on it. (2) the U-Haul app is horrendous. I've never had a worse digital experience as I tried to do self pick up of the van. It timed out. It didn't accept my pictures. It said I was waiting for approval forever before someone finally said something on the chat and then immediately said I wasn't approved but the inside person came out and said I was good to go.
Doug S.Clerk was too busy with personal business to handle check in and return quickly. There are other uhaul locations close by that are more customer friendly.

Josh R.We dropped the rental off 36 hours before it was due in the after hours lot. The location checked it in on the first business day late and incorrectly charged me for an extra day. I called to inquire as to the additional charge and the man who answered was not able to answer why I incurred an extra day charge and said he would call back with information. I had to call back to check because I Disn or receive a follow up call and he said that someone checked it in late and he would refund the extra day charge. He did not provide a reciept or any additional information. I did eventually receive the credit for the incorrect overage but it took additional time and effort on my part to get a refund of almost $60 and the gentlemen's was less than helpful or pleasant to deal with for a mistake on their part.

Micheal S.Van was filthy. I'm sorry if this is grotesque, but there appeared to be dried snot on the steering wheel, dashboard, console, and other areas of the cabin. Tools were left in the van (e.g., paint roller) for which I did not want to be responsible. I was required to provide "the name and phone number of two people that know me" in order to receive the rental. They refused to give me a reason this information was necessary. I will look elsewhere next time I need to rent a vehicle.
