Billy D1st reservation was made online. The staff rented another persons rental on my reservation. I called to get it corrected after I saw an email with a receipt for a trailer I did not pick up. They created a new reservation but did not enter the same info as before so I had to go through the process again at the counter. No apology was given. When asked why they needed this information when I already entered it online, I was told “they just need it”. The person that hooked up the trailer did not check the lights or the cleanliness of the trailer. Thankfully the lights were in working order however when I brought the trailer home to load it, it was filthy. I had to sweep wet soil out of the front of the trailer. There was a puddle of water on the floor of the trailer and moisture beads coming from the roof and on the sides of the trailer. The plastic guard on the inside drivers side was partially torn off the wall and hanging.I have rented at this location before and this is the first time I have had these issues. I have pictures of the dirty trailer if anyone would like to see them.

Bradley WThat’s my second time in Little Rock area that they’ve and get bad experience. It start with your Trffic person which is very very rude and think I work for him to the lady that gives me the truck at the counter. Very rude give me equipment with no side mirror I had to get so I drive and when I came to her and I asked her to replace my vehicle because he’s on safe she’s told me very clear I can leave the vehicle and still be charged for because you’re not gonna replace it for me it’s unsafe to drive the way I drove my luck. I am a commercial driver and I have extended mirror in my cab which I assembled on the side of your vehicle for the timer and that, so I can have a right mirror I’m not guessing where I drive and be dangerous on the roads very very poor service. I am very disappointing and I’m not expecting this from such a for large company like you guys. I do appreciate if somebody would contact me personally and we discuss more about my experience.

Shron KThe check engine light was on. The headlight kept falling out. The breaks barely worked. It was a terrifying trip.
Windy MThe staff was fabulous and so helpful. But the truck had a few issues. The ramp didn't work as it should and the lights seemed to have a short. Both issues caused delays while trying to make things work. overall, a great location and helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly people running it.

Cindy PThe CSRs at all locations are always friendly and helpful. Your policies on are not as good. I returned a trailer a day early but I was charged as though I had if for he full three days. I can understand the charge for the trailer but I cannot understand the daily charge for the Insurance. If the trailer is returned you have no exposure from the rental and the amount for the insurance should be refunded upon early return of the trailer. I am going to consult with my states insurance commissioner and get a opinion from their office as to whether this is a violation of any regulation. Also we had a bit of a problem dropping of the trailer. We could not locate the original location. There was no signage of other indicators. The second location we tried to use no longer accepted returns. A kind person at that location directed us to the final drop-off location. Otherwise all was good...Ken

Candace RThe employee was an overweight punk rock woman with a hard attitude who gave me a lecture about driving too fast in their tiny storage area. I honked my horn when I got there and slowed down to 5mph by the time I entered their gate so there was no need for her to abuse her authority towards me. Other than that everything else was just fine..

KEITH AThe agent that I personally worked with was very polite and professional. The girl working next to her however, was a bit aggressive and had a bit of a condescending demeanor towards her. She was so loud I could barely hear what my agent was saying to me.

Mary CI reserved a trucked several days before i picked it up. When i arrived, the women had no records of me for that date. She pulled me and up it showed my reservation but for the following sat. Which was wrong. I showed records of my email that stated I was there at the right time and date 9am 7/15. So, it was changed from the 15th to the 22nd. They said since they didn't have the reservation that i was wanting it kicked me to another rental place. So the blue-sky people were nice and did a good job. But I specifically picked the other place due to its location where i had to drive and conduct my business. So all together it probably costed me 40-dollars more, due to having to drive farther than i wanted. All and all no one gave me an explanation why my reservation was changed??? Seriously disappointed. O and finally when i went to the other place they still didnt have what i reserved , so i have to use a box truck. And that is not what i wanted

jessica pI requested a smaller truck 2 weeks ago. A smaller truck was on the lot but we were "upgraded" to a bigger truck. Although it worked fine, I would like to have gotten what I originally asked for. I was only hauling a dinette table 4 chairs and a dressar.

Gloria FTwice in one week I reserved a uhaul WITH an appliance dolly. Twice I showed up with no dolly. All the non customer service people could do is defend their position never actually try to help. They said they never have them. Stated they would call their DM to get some. And for a lack of knowledge as if a furniture dolly would help, as if I didn’t know the difference. I ask if they had ever even used one to know the difference. Customer service explained this place is just an affiliate so that’s why they don’t have them like customers know the difference of who is an affiliate and who is not. For people that move heavy appliances, an appliance dolly takes the place of a second person which I did not have. When reserving a vehicle do not give the customer an option to reserve a dolly if you DO NOT have them!!! No one ever calls and tells you that you do not have them. It’s only when you show up for your reservation that you’re told taking away all options to go somewhere else because no one has them by that time. Hopefully budget or Penske will offer better service because I will surely give them a try next time!!
