Friendly and fast service, only complaint was I drove the vehicle 35 miles and put 4.5 gallons of gas in it and still got charged for another $19 in gasâ€¦. The gas gauge was at the same location as when I got it, but he didn't check the vehicle out until after I left so I couldn't contest the gas charge.Paul D.

This location was clean, smelled like fall, the associate was extremely helpful, he was overwhelmed the day I picked up my dolly, but he kept his composer and handled it like a champ ! My first reservation was a Disaster though, the 1800 number I called the associate scheduled my pick up at a location that no longer exists. It was very frustrating. So the 520 W. Grand Ave Hot Springs AR is closed.Malissa S.

I absolutely love the hospitality and the the energy of to feel welcomed at the storage facility that I dropped my own trailer out there I love the fact that she had candy out there and made you feel like you were part of home and she was very educating on telling people telling us on the storage building and she seemed to be a great role model in the leader also the little U-Haul Van cardboard boxes sold me I like those anyway we were late bringing our rental in and she still didn't have a problem that she still give me my rental money back I do want to have it recognized that my husband is a veteran and there was veterans rates offered as well but we didn't get our veterans rates but because we didn't get veterans rates we were supposed to get in the the self storage for one month free but we couldn't find the facility in our area because it has to be a U-Haul dealer not an affiliated to contract out for you all we are needing to rent a trailer for one more month I mean one month from now if not sooner because I have a storage unit in Russellville that I need to completely clean out and relocate to Hot Springs ArkansasAlisa W.

The parking and trying to maneuver around is tricky. Put all of u haul equipment inside of the fence so it is easier to leave with a truck or trailer. Customer service is great!Gary S.

Blue sky was great. The first location I was sent to wasn't even open and did not fulfill the â€œreservationâ€ guarantee. I had call and wait on a customer service rep to fix this which set back my entire move to my new house by multiple hours. 0/10 the experience with the private business who did not fulfill their end of their service with uhaul is to be at fault since they don't operate or even report their schedule changes with them. Uhaul needs to cease business with them and go elsewhere for offering equipment rental services.brian G.

Dolly needs axel cap, wheel fell off, not usable. Simple fix, hard to know it was missing cap nut, no big deal.Anthony G.
She did not allow me enough milage, incorrectly. No blankets that I reserved. Plug-in wrong drop off location. Kanis location calls me Saturday wanting to know where the truck was. I had to explain where I dropped it and it was several hours earlier on the drop off. Then drop off location charges me over 60 dollars for milage shortage which they corrected but it put my checking in negative and it took 3 days to be returned. Which wasn't my fault. Person I rented the truck from should be fired...TONY P.
The original location we were supposed to return the trailer to was closed until June so we had to find an alternative location. We called ahead to see if they could accommodate us. They were able to take our trailer.PETER B.

Have the equipment ready when the customer arrives at the scheduled time. And check all rental equipment before you rent it. The back of the truck was dirty it had not been swept out. I rented a vehicle transport and it had a flat tire on it after we loaded our vehicle. The trailer lights didn't work on the right side.Deann R.
