Locked lot. Had to make 3 trips to return call. Location manager would not answer cell phone and not working in office. Horrible return and location for U-Haul.

Felt disorganized.Kept getting late notices when paid in full. Have cell number for emergencies took 2 hrs after 23 calls leaving msg & texts to get help getting in gate to get in unit.

The Equipment was great. The service was less than par. the service facility was not able to connect to the system upon pick up - I had to contact the customer service center. I never received any paperwork or much of an apology. They also were Closed and not around at 2 pm for an early return. The app was not working and I had to wait almost an hour for a customer service agent to help me. - AWFUL!!. Will think very much next time about using UHAUL and definately where I pick it up. I was told someone would contact me about this within 72 hours.. I have heard nothing yet. Again, not sure anyone wants to hear the truth!. Renting and Returning were nearly impossible. Had I not had a phone and the customer service agent helped me after being on hold forever, this rental would have been impossible. . Stuart Robertson 540-815-6273

Very nice people to do business with. Very clean place with great management. 24/7 access and the rates are unbeatable. Highly recommended.
