I was given the wrong address, spent an hour and a quarter of a tank of gas before I got to the right location. The gentleman was not there when I arrived and was VERY rude to me. I'm sorry if he was pissed off, I was an hour late, but it hadn't been a great morning for me either. He asked for my license, I gave it to him, then I told him that my husband was going to be the one driving, he proceeded to throw my license at me. I will NEVER use U Haul again. Frankly, I am pretty pissed off that you got over $100 from me!!

The lot is very small and makes it awkward to get in and out of. Maybe some form of entrance/ exit markings to help. The workers were great, they got everything ready to go in no time and even explained how to use the equipment. The size and location aren't great, but the staff makes up for that.

The gentleman was rude. Another customer that was dropping off a truck the same time I was even remarked at how rude he was when she had picked her rental up earlier that day. The facility is dirty and the man smelled just as bad. Horrible experience.

This was my first time using a uhaul. I can't remember the mans name but he was beyond rude and gave me a terrible experience. He was not welcoming and gave me half ass answers. Almost make me not want to ever get a uhaul ever again. Also as he was leaving he almost ran the over my cousin. He was in such a rush that he didn't give me the full instructions on how to return the uhaul. I understand if you're having a bad day but you don't take that out in your customers! Especially if i was nothing but nice to you.

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced!! The gentleman that assisted us was as unpleasant and unwelcoming as any individual could be!! Moving is already a stressful situation, this guy made it a piss poor experience. Then, to add insult to injury, UHAUL charged me for TWO DAYS, and I'm still fighting to get my money refunded. I contacted them to advise, we would go a little beyond the time the truck was to be back. I was advised it was OK, and to check the truck in via my smartphone. Never once was a double charge mentioned!!! Going further, we had to climb over a fence to return the keys to some invisible drop box!!! I've used Uhaul for EVERY major move and job I have ever had, NEVER AGAIN!!! CROOKS!!!!

This guy has the worst customer service EVER!!!! He makes you feel like you're a bother to be there renting equipment. And then you notice the gun he keeps in his waistband!!! So not a good place to rent. I will use budget from now on.

Make the late return process easier. I was not told about checking the truck in online and I returned it at 6:28pm. I did not find out about the online return until about 7pm, then had to try and do it in the freezing rain and dark...I gave up and just had my son in law drop the key in the drop box.

Key lock box was moved from the stated location, vehicle was not where it was supposed to be per the app, cab was excessively dirty, and uhaul employees hung up on me twice while I was trying to access the vehicle. I was also not able to park at the rental location.

Customer service rep needs to be removed. He has very poor customer service skills and no people skills. He was like communicating with a robot. As long as he is employed there would not recommend this location to anyone.

Upon return the employee was very rude. Stated the vehicle was filthy in the back and upon inquiring about the 3 leaves and a small twig that was present if that's what he meant we were met with disgust and no answer but a threat of an additional $25 being added for cleaning. At that point we grabbed the broom and swept those miniscule things out to close our return just upon leaving to see the gentleman sweeping the truck again. This location was disappointing as it pertains to customer service.

We were sent to a different address for a 1030 pickup but the shop was closed. We proceeded back to our original reservation address to find out they did not have what we needed. We were upgraded to a bigger trailer but it was not clean and was not well maintained. The shop owner was not friendly. Have equipment ready at the location requested on the reservation. Have equipment clean and ready. Ups pickup stores should be open during regular business hours.

I did not know there would be an $100 hold on my debit card (he said prepaid cards - not sure if my bank card qualifies) just for using it versus using a credit card. I can understand the reason behind it, to ensure they get all of their money, which is what I was informed of. I actually used the same Uhaul location about 2 weeks prior and this was not the case. When I came in this time, he asked if I wanted to use my card I completed the rental order with, I said yes. My estimated total was supposed to be about $59, fine. But when he went to input it, it said there would be a $100 hold in addition to the $59, which I was like fine because they normally do not run/process it until it is returned and they can apply any additional charges or recalculate if it is less. This time the card was run right then, which was new to me unless they always do it and I just never knew but I normally don't get a charge until the next day as the location is closed when I return it. I don't know what the policy is but if it could either be added to the site or disclosed upon the rental order or something where you can be informed prior to processing/pick up, that would be great.

Customer service is sincerely lacking. For pick up and drop off the tenant was late. Upon trying to complete the registration, we were blown off and stated “it would be a while before checking in”. In trying to communicate the tenant was very nonchalant and blew us off. We were told we would be reimbursed unused mileage, but instead we were charged extra for allegedly being 2 gallons below the fill up line (in all actuality we were above). Other customers changed their reservation due to the lack of customer service. Will not do business again with this site.

There were 2 Uhaul locations on Blue Ridge - we drove in to the lot and asked to drop off the car carrier early. After much manuevering in the very tiny fenced in lot and unhooking the trailer - they asked to see our paper work. At this point they tell us we are at the wrong location and they also cannot give us any paperwork that we were leaving the trailer. When we expressed concern they accused us of being racist. Needless to say we quickly unloaded the van and got it right back. We received the paperwork at this point.

We did not realize this was not really 24 hour drop off site when we chose it when making the online reservation. The parking lot was blocked off and tried to call U Haul to see if there was a way we could choose an alternate location. Was on hold for 10 minutes, finally decided to park on the grass, since there was no other place to park. Very small lot and it was packed with vehicles. not sure there would have been a place to park even if they were open.

I rented a uhaul on 5/15/19 and the gas tank was right under the quarter mark. I took a picture of the dashboard as soon as I picked It up. I replaced the gas before I returned It. I was charged a $64 fee for gas! I am so upset

It had snowed Friday and when I picked up one of his two trucks it had not even been cleared off before I got there to pick it up. The man spoke very quiet, I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. Wasnt the friendliest but did his job.

The person at this location is rude, and very unprofessional with disgusting business practices. I paid $47 for the u haul and the next day deducted an additional $75 the company stated I did not gas the truck or clean it which are lies. I gassed the truck a block away and put the exact same amount of gas in it, and had the receipt for proof also we returned it free of trash or left over items they charged me a $25 cleaning fee and additional $8 for gas. Not only that the owner went onto the site and left a very unprofessional comment under my review I WOULD NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE use that location or refer anyone to it EVER!!!

The truck was horrible it had so many issues I felt it was going to break done at any time. Truck was jerking making loud noises door wouldn't shut all the way I got on the highway the truck wouldn't go over 50mph it starting jerking bad like the transmission was going out..it was a horrible experience never again

Because of the configuration of the streets, this location is a little confusing. However, I found it totally workable. I had issues with the website but want to give a shout-out to the gal in customer service who helped me. She was terrific! Went to the site on her screen so she knew exactly what I was seeing and was willing to stay with me until I had the keys in my hand. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name but hopefully you can look at my file and know who she was. Please let her and her supervisor know the her service could not have been better. Many thanks!

I had a terrible experience with the truck. The cab of the truck was not cleaned very well. They didn't walk around the truck with me as they had previous times when I rented from Uhaul. Also, on my drive I had several issues with the check engine light and the tire pressure. I had to stop every 50 miles to fill up one of the tires, which added about 2 hours to my long drive. I was by myself and it was late at night, so it was not ideal.

I just wanted to make a comment, I think that even thought this is a small Uhaul pickup location, they have some of the best customer service and best attitudes of any Uhaul pickup and dropoff I have ever experienced. Thank you for a great experience!
