mike tMy reservation was for 12 pm. Noone was there to give me the key. I had to wait around for o er 30 minutes for someone to get there. The next day Noone was around for me to turn the truck and key in. Again I was there 40 minutes just to be told to leave the keys under the seat by someone in support. I know they go to lunch but you'd think at least one person would be there. Everything else was fine

Michael EDewayne and family at Blue Flame Tire & Auto are simply the best. They have all the gear but they also spare nothing to make the chore of moving as easy as possible. Friendly people with intelligent solutions where customer service is job one. I highly recommend these folks.

Steven TI was asked to put away the equipment on my own. back it in to the other trailer area, unhook and put the truck back into the fleet myself. Not a huge deal, but it takes the customer service part out of it.

Thomas SI picked up the vehicle in Cincinnati, but he was having computer issues. I told him my drop off was in Pickens, SC on S. Catherine St. I had dropped a previous rental off here. I drive to the location, it was being renovated, they directed me to the Blue Flame location 4 miles away. Drop off was simple, but I was charged $174 for wrong location. I went to the correct location, not the one I haul texted me on my drive which was 50-60 minutes away from my house over mountainous terrain. You have lost a customer and I will share this info if anyone asks about I haul. Mr. Torbeck in Cincinnati did not note my choice off drop off location.

Steven BShocking! One day in advance of sending my team to pick up the truck, I called the location to confirm that I had insurance. The woman was discourteous and said she couldn't help me and wanted me to wait till they checked in. When I said why can't we just add the insurance, she started yelling at me and hung up; unbelievable !!! although she called back about an hour later to apologize, the damage was done. Unacceptable behavior by any employee interfacing with a customer. Secondly, but secondary to the above; my original preferred pick up location in Rosman, North Carolina which was unable to secure the 26 foot truck. Your organization was able to locate a truck for me in Pickens South Carolina, this required an extra two hours effort for pick up. since this was not my decision but I logistics challenge for U-Haul, it would've been appropriate to issue an extra 100 mile credit. Would appreciate it if that still can be done. I thank you, Art Frigo. Call me if you wish to discuss further; 312-961-0537
Arthur FTruck had roach's bugs in it. Got into my stuff. Then there were no hand trucks. Do you know how hard it is to move a refrigerator without hand trucks? Very hard. Then I got told to return truck back to location where I picked it up. Then got an email telling me another location. So yes our experience with this Uhaul location was terrible.

daniel hOnly concern was that my two U-Boxes were loaded on a trailer for me to pick up without the roof and vinyl wrap protection on either box. We had heavy rain that evening and I was concerned about my goods getting damaged from water leakage. There was no damage but I would have rather had the wraps on the boxes so I wouldn't have had to worry.
KEITH MCustomer service was fantastic even though the office needs to update it's computer equipment. The lady at the desk was very kind, knowledgeable, and apologetic for our short delay. They had plenty of trucks available, but we reserved online and that shortened the process once we arrived at the store. I recommend using this store, but make sure you're not rushed for time. It might take a few "minutes", but it's worth the wait for the service and seamless process. ¡Gracias!

Michael GOverall experience was good except for being able to contact UHaul on the phone. Always a 45-60 minute wait time to get an agent. Very frustrating and unacceptable to not have agents to answer calls in a timely manner. The moving helpers were a great help with loading the UBoxes.
Karen WCommunication prior to pickup was difficult. Called twice and never got a return call. Pickup process was slow due to computer issues. Staff was friendly and truck was great.

Charles MThis place didn't turn. In the real date for truck being returned or the milage. Plus added insurance that we didn't ask for and charged us an extra $300. We ended up paying over $700 to rent a truck for one week and driving 90 miles. Don't use this location and look at what you are being charged for before you sign anything. They never had us sign anything upon return either so watch it.BEWARE!!!!!

William RTo be more forthcoming when people call in for reservations. Do not mislead customers and put financial burdens on customers. I know this is a business and you provide customers with a service. With this being said have a hurt everyone is not a millionaire and there is a pandemic going on. People are really struggling being a front line worker is hard enough without being side stepped. So my review is I'm very dissatisfied with the service that was provided by the reservationist
