olimpio mWe had a a very stressful trip. The drivers side side mirror was loosely swinging back and forth the entire drive across country. It was stressful and dangerous. We could not change lanes without manually rolling down the window (in a snow storm) and then pushing the side mirror with my hand to see the blind spot. Now do this 100+ plus times in freezing weather during your drive. As I said, stressful and dangerous. It seems such an important, basic thing should be checked prior to customers renting the truck and paying you 5k for a properly functioning truck. Thank God, no accidents occured.

serita wNeed vans at this location. And handles on the left drivers inside by the door frame. And pull outsat back of the trucks to load trucks on all trucks.
David mI was charged for purchase of shipping supplies that I did not order. Very unhappy that the website automatically clicks on the box to place an order for things that I don't need. I turned it off 3 times and then ended up with a purchase for over $150 of supplies that I do not need. Very unhappy with uhaul the corporation. Very happy with the Blue Diamond storage company that I picked up the truck from.

Anthony PThis was the worst experience ever with uhaul. I picked up my truck at 6 am no equipment was in the truck delayed my move time by 2 hours. I had to go to another uhaul to get the dolly which they did not have. The truck was on empty. The whole experience was a nightmare Original reservation was cancelled had to down grade my uhaul. I would like a full refund!!! Horrible experience

Stephen LThe metal lip when unloading furniture is sharp. Tape should be over it so as not to damage furniture. My one large dresser got damaged by it. I am not happy about that.

MARYANN MPlease make sure there are no locks on storage door before renting. This truck had a lock in back from somebody and I had to hire locksmith to take off at a cost of $180 ((((()

Donna SWe have been using the location on S Las Vegas Blvd for years. This year we were treated horribly and would never go back. Fortunately they didn't have the truck we reserved and sent us to the Blue Diamond store. What a difference! There we were treated extremely well, got excellent service and our truck was in so much better condition. This probably saved our relationship. We rent many trucks every year and we will never go back to the other location.

DOYLE ECheck out and check in were easy, the van was in top shape. Everything was explained to me. Bottom line, this was the best rate I could find anywhere. I don't make a habit of moving a lot, but if I have to, I know U Haul is there.

Jason GEasy to schedule and pick up and drop off was a breeze. The only suggestion I have would be a light off the building for drop off after dark. We had to use the light on my iPhone. Other than that small suggestion everything went very easy. Mileage refund was posted to my account before I even got hope. Young man behind the counter was very helpful.

Marivel BAfter sending a bill, charging me $7.09 for some unknown reason, emailed the manager on Saturday, still no response! Truck was over 30 miles compared to there mileage given, said gas was on full when less than 3/4 tank tank. If I had driven as issued would have charged for all this! Truck still had trash in cab ! Still have not received a final bill explaining the xtra charge! Overall, 50 plus times using u haul, this was almost criminal, worst rental ever!
Richard HI only had the truck about 1 day. The app crashed over and over when I turned the truck in. I couldn't deal with until 8 hours later when uninstalled and reinstalled for the 2nd time in order to be able to say that I dropped the truck off. Video cameras will show, I dumped the truck at about 4:15pm not 8 hours later at 12:15am when the app starting working.
BRET LThe whole experience was great from start to finish. Angel was awesome, so friendly, pleasant experience overall. :)
