I was sent on a wild goose chase by the owner of the location because he admitted to forgetting the dolly I ordered. along with U-Haul traffic department all together I went to 3 separate locations , which cost me a good deal of money! when I finally arrived at the 3rd location I was sent to the employee at the 6th st location didn’t feel like “hunting” what I came for so instead gave me a box dolly but charged me for a utility dolly and told me if it didn’t fit in my car for the return to strap it to the hood of my car….. unhappy and taken advantage of is an understatement! Uhaul has cost me a good penny an a lot of time! I will NEVER be renting from you again, I’d rather pay a moving company then ever deal with what I have this past weekend. Professionalism is very lacking in my experience.

You made me go out of my way to pick up this truck when the exact truck was at my storage unit and sat there the entire time I rented this one! It added additional miles to my overall bill that I didn’t need to drive! You basically cost me money that I shouldn’t have to spend. It won’t happen again!

The owner has a great personality, winning spirit, and overall just seemed like a great guy. Loved all of his quotes and art on the wall. He was very customer centric, made us feel welcomed, and was very helpful. I RATED HIM AND THE EXPERIENCE A++++++ due to his client obsession!!!

The only inconvenience of the location is having to go find the truck, then trek to the main building to collect the key, then trek back to the truck. Also, returning the truck at night was pitch black, so improved lighting would help.

Offer a non-damaged Jack for loading the trailer. It took me over half an hour to load up with their rickety, bent jack. It took me less than 5 minutes to unload because I brought along my 3.5 ton mechanic jack.

Give your employee Phillip Adair a good Christmas bonus. He went above and beyond with customer care. I had to rent a car dolly and could not have used it, if Phillip did not take the time and show me different towing scenarios and go over things that could possibly go wrong. He even had a hands on instruction class with me (I can't learn by being told)

I was charged $26 for gas when it was very close to the half way mark from which I received it on. I ordered a $29 truck and drove 48 miles or so …I ended up getting charged $109 overall!! Ridiculous!!!!

The view exiting onto County Line Rd is severely blocked by advertising vehicles making it extremely dangerous trying to exit the facility. Recommend moving those vehicles.

Equipment needed maintenance. Rubber on windshield blew off and flapped on the window the entire trip. Low tire was on the screen the entire trip. There was a loud banging noise above the passenger's head so much so there could be no conversation.

Lot was almost completely dark where equipment was left. Lot was small and full so hard to park anything big or that had to be turned around. Only light was on the porch with the key drop box. No parking lot, just a field. Trucks had to drive between two deep trenches that weren't lit but marked with traffic cones. Would be fine if in daylight.

This location is a secret hidden gem. The staff is very professional and about the friendliness people you will ever meet. The equipment is well maintained and they take time to detail the equipment after every use. Also, I staff is quite knowledgeable and provide tips to keep customers from overpaying and out of trouble (like personal insurance doesn't often cover commercial vehicles). And the prices are quite reasonable.

Why would U-Haul have a customer pick up two trailers and a truck at one location and drop two trailers at one location and the truck at another. Absolutely ridiculous, and the state we would be charged extra if not taken to other location

Location was convenient and can pickup trucks 24/7. App was frustrating because it took forever to upload pics and move to the next step. When I was returning the truck, I waited 30 min to upload pics without success and just gave up and dropped the key in the box.

The truck was not filthy, the cab just could have used a good cleanup, there was piles of cigarette ashes on the floorboard so you can tell it had not been cleaned out. Other than that the truck was fine

Issues with truck not addressed, looked over even though I stated that I had to cut my trip short due to tire light. Did not receive Instuction on how to turn in. Contact free option did not work had to go in. Was charged double the amount quoted. Was charge additional $10 fee I did not authorize.
