Fast and easy - equipment was ready when requests and the staff was prepared to do the check-out paperwork and inspection. I was in and out in ~10 minutes. I made my reservation 1 hour ahead of time and this short turn was not an issue for the staff. Finally, they had the only 12' trailer in all of the Huntsville/Madison area as well as what appeared to be at least one each of every other trailer and truck type - very well balanced inventory!JOHN Z.
I MANAGED SMALL BUSINESSES FOR 45 YEARS, SO I AM PROBABLY MORE CRITICAL THAN MOST PEOPLE. THERE IS MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS BEING RUN OUT OF THIS LOCATION SO I DID NOT THINK IT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. Worst experience I've ever had with service a company I reserved a 12x6 trailer WiTh a ramp. All they had was a beat up trailer with no ramp. I left with the trailer, drove home and quickly realized that I needed a trailer with a ramp. Returned immediately to Blue angels and got a smaller trailer. Even though this would require two additional 40 mile round trips, I had no choice. The person at blue angels said you are good to go but uhal did change a day for the other trailer since you left the lot. I asked her to refund the charge and she said there was nothing she could do only uhaul could do it. She got uhaul on the phone the phone and handed the phone to me. The person said that she couldn't do anything, that it had to go to another department. She did connect me to the department but a message said that the wait time was 45 minutes to an hour. I handed the phone back to the blue angel rep and left I then called Amex and told them any changes at uhaul would be disputed. Amazingly bad experience. In today's world this should be easy, yet uhaul has made it so bad that it's easier to buy a trailer, use it, and resell it. You should be ashamedWILLIAM H.

The Blue Angels Uhaul local ion should be closed. There was no assistance on connecting the trailer and when I asked if the tires were aired up the site owner said he had no idea. The trailer had rocks and red mud and took me 30 minutes to clean as I was hauling furniture. One tire was 20 pounds of air low. You folks owe me $25 for having to clean the trailer before I used it and which caused me to have to load furniture in severe rain storms. I was in Fort Walton Beach Florida and stopped at another Uhaul store they printed out the Managers name and told me that Blue Angels was a full service location, which is BS, because the site operator/owner says he is only a drop yard for Uhaul. I have used Uhaul in previously and was used to a fair level of service. Blue Angels is the type of Uhaul location that will put you guys out of business. In addition the access to the road is a steep grade on a slope with gravel. Blue Angels is primarily a small building sales location, with no customer service for Uhaul customers. 256-527-1075 call me, I would love to hear from you guys.WILLARD M.

One customer service representative at Blue Angels 2 working with another customer resulted in a 20 min wait while he finished that process. No contact from U-Haul or Blue Angels 2 identifying the change in pick-up location resulted in a 3+ hour delay while U-Haul scheduling tried to find the asset to rent to me.JEFFERY M.

Convenient location off of County Line Rd. Owner is great - super friendly and helpful. Pulling in and out is a bit of a challenge as the entrance is gravel and on an incline that does not meet level with the main road. Other than that I've used them twice and will use again!ERIK S.

The big issue I had was I had one drop off location confirmed after I made my reservation and picked up the uhaul and then it got switched to a new location at some point after that. I went to drop off at the original location and they would not accept it and then I had to find the new location. Wish this would be confirmed up front and not changed after the fact.James F.

Website allowed me to enter check-in information ahead of time so picking up the rental was very quick. Emailing the contract also sped up rental pick up. Vehicle turn-in was just as efficient. Easiest rental process I have ever had.Charles J.

I can't truly answer this question because NO ONE ever answered the phone when I tried to reach them. I needed to deliver the trailer on Sunday when they were closed and was not ever contacted by them and when I tried to call them to verify my return NO ONE would answer the phone. I have been charged additional fees and I would like to discuss these fees with who ever made the charge. But since I can't reach them I will need to drive all the way over there to discuss it. I have been trying to communicate with UHaul and have had to hold on the phone for well over 3 hours to try to get some questions answered. So for that, I'm not terribly happy.JACQUIE A.
Worst experience I have had with U-Haul. The employee was rude and unaccommodating. We rented a 6'X12' trailer and the lights did not work. Not because of anything on our end but the bulbs were burnt out. The worker told us to take another one, which was the only thing left on the lot and much smaller. Everything worked but we ended up having to make 2 trip to do what was needed for our move. We had to go to another city to move and had to make that trip twice. Hours were wasted and we were in a sever time crunch and almost missed the deadline because of the 2nd trip. We also ended up having to work in pouring rain on the 2nd trip. EVERYTHING about this move was horrible and it started with not having the right equipment from your establishment. Maybe I would not have been so upset if the worker had apologized but he acted like it didn't matter. It would have also been nice to get a discount for the inconvenience. I rented a 26 foot truck. It was clean from the previous user but the engine ran really bad. It had a real bad miss in the engine causing poor performance and bad gas mileage. Also I was charged $5.00 for a "Safe Trip Fee" That was never talked about but charged to my account. I did by the Safe Move Insurance but have no idea what the Safe Trip fee is nor would the manager tell me what it was for. I am not happy due to lack of customer servie and excess fee charging.JOHN S.

DO NOT charge a rental fee if the person comes back 15 minutes later and tells you the van they rented will not be big enough to move the machine. I got charged for a van I was not able to benefit from. I had to do a whole new rental for a larger truck todayâ€"which worked out finally, but 36 dollars I may as well have put it in a tin and set it on fire. I would like my 36 dollars back, please. Inside of truck windshield coated with nicotine. Surfaces were sticky to the touch. Can smelled so bad that I could smell it on my clothes hours later. There was also a dash warning about a tire being low. Rep told me that it had been reported to U-Haul and that the sensor was bad and to drive it anyway. I didn't report the bad vibration at 50 mph because J thought it was due to a low tire. A handrail at the office entry would help us old folks with the stairs. Driveway entrance and exit are rough on vehicles.GARY B.

I have rented from this location several times. The gentleman is always friendly and very helpful. The only challenge for me is finding his location within the Uhaul website. Excellent customer service and location is good, except the entrance/exit is graveled and very steep. We had a hard time getting out of the driveway with our truck pulling a trailer. Other than that, a very good experience. I will recommend this Uhaul to my friends and family.MITSUYO F.

Change your extortion scheme and go back to what you used to do and have every gas tank full when picked up, requiring customers to bring it back full. Uhaul's new 1/2 full tank policy has a high probability of failure for the customer. To guess when pumping gas into a tank how much is needed to get to 1/2 full either leads to less (penalty charge to customer) or more, which results in free gasoline for uhaul (contract states the customer gets no credit or compensation for additional fuel). This small operational policy change must net u-haul millions of dollars in revenue annually over and above rental charges.Nancy S.

The gentleman that setup the rental was very condescending regarding getting rental insurance. He must have asked me at least 6 times "are you sure you don't want the rental insurance?". Then before I was driving off, he mentioned to me at least 4 times "I hope you have a SAFE trip", like he was trying to jinx me, or get me to buy rental insurance. As far as the equipment goes, one of tires was out of balance pretty bad.JASON H.
