Business is being run by 2 teenagers ( very young ladies) that have no experience with uhaul program. I had to wait a longer time for check out as they had to call "mom" or someone else to help with checkout. Also didnt receive furniture dolly which I ordered and when I dropped off truck I informed the young lady to not charge me for it since I didnt receive one. She giggled and said ok. Told me I would be emailed my receipt. After leaving I discovered I was charged for the furniture dolly. I had to quickly find a dolly the morning of my move on my own and yet I was still charged. Tried to call the Bliss Boutique and didn't receive an answer. Will not be renting from this location again.....seven dollars is seven dollars.

I was totally misinformed throughout the entire process!!!! It made my move so much more stressful. U haul u better get your act together!!!! Jordan at the Milton Fla location helped us to get things squared away. Thank you Jordan! It still isn’t a done deal yet. Can’t wait to close out this transaction and be done.

Walk in they're really nice and then when you go try to get your trailer they said oh we don't have our printer don't work and then they said here's your trailer number you have to load you only have to get your own trailer hooked up in my trailer is sitting in the ant bed and I got ate up with ants and your trailer has never been washed it so green looking it was nasty that's the reason why I wouldn't recommend nobody getting a trailer from there cuz you guys to hook your own trailers up

A hand truck was reserved but not available when truck was picked up. The previous renter had left trash in the truck. Many scratches and scrapes were not marked with the x stickers and your website was not working to allow me to upload photos showing these problems.

Rented online. NEVER AGAIN!!! Location closed. Couldn't do pick up truck online. Two and a half hours and 12 Uhaul people later I got on the road.. At this point my moving crew people could not wait. Had to load and unload by myself. Truck was dirty and low on fuel when I picked it up. Same online issues returning truck. People at location were very nice and apologetic.

No problem with this location. My return at 11pm and using uhaul return app was terrible. App would not recognize my interior photo in dark. the app w/o flash was too dark and the flash showed too white/overexposed!! recommendation- allow the user to adjust the exposure to make it lighter darker. The service personnel at this location were great to return when i went there on their open hours.

Dropped the rental off at this location, it was not opened tried several times to call the number listed and no answer. Have called for several day to inform them that the rental was dropped off and still unable to contact anyone. Have made several calls to U-haul themselves with no luck reaching anyone. told to leave a call back number and someone would return my call no one has yet to return my calls to let them know that the rental was returned on time.

The annoying thing was the weird hours. We were told we could go pick up our vehicle at an alternate location at 12. We arrived and they actually didn’t open till 3pm.

We rented two trucks from U-haul and my wife returned one. Her experience with the personnel was good, but mine was just okay. I went inside the building, apparently the back of the building though and I startled the woman. The drop box for truck keys was right outside, so I thought it was an entrance. It was during business hours and I wanted to check the truck in with the personnel rather than just drop it off. The personnel seemed perturbed that I disturbed her.

Locks in need of service, one truck could not even open, tried for 15 minutes with costumer service on line with me and went to another truck and 5 minutes later still no luck with that lock and costumer service hung up on me and never called back. 10 minutes later I got the lock open but my fingers was hurting from this. Inside the truck was muddy and dirty and only a quarter tank of gas. Returned the truck and had a hard time getting the lock to close.

The truck ran like crap .and it was the bumpies ride ever and beat me to death.and your phone system sucks. I must have called 20 times and finally got through. Then there were 2 24/7 storage uhaul and theother office's say they closed at 8 and there wasn't anyone on site at 3 different locations from 7:30 on that. Sucked for me when I was trying to return the truck. And upset me so bad I just left it at a uhaul 24/7 store and put the keys in a drop off box and worried the rest of the nite. Oh and before you ask I did try your web site and it took me everywhere but where I needed.

Check in took a very long time because the worker did not communicate what was needed. She asked me if I knew gas and mileage. I told her I knew gas but not mileage and asked if she wanted me to go get it. She said I didn't have to, then proceeded to sit at the desk for 10-15 minutes. When I asked if the person helping me review the truck would be along soon, she said it was her and that she just needed mileage. I was able to walk to the truck to get this and check out proceeded. She was a nice person and was friendly, but she didn't communicate what was needed and made me wait unnecessarily.

I requested a utility dolly with my reservation so I could load a washer and dryer. When I arrived at this location I was charged for utility dolly, and later refunded when the truck was processed as returned. I was told to go out back behind the building to get utility dolly. This location did not have a utility dolly which was a big inconvenience. The rep showed me what she thought was a utility dolly, and I explained to her what she showed me was a tow hitch to strap a vehicle to it. Please educate the rep so this won't happen to another customer.

I had no idea this location existed until recently. I had been driving 30 miles just to pick one up and this location helped me save some money on my rental. The customer service agent was GREAT and I will be gladly using this location from no on and will strongly recommend it to others!

My pick-up location was moved a day or two before scheduled pick-up to a location that was not at all convenient for me. When I made my reservation I requested locations that were open and manned; the location I was switched to was neither. But, the truck was in excellent condition which made the move that much better.

Your trailers needs a jack handle attack To the tongue on the trailer. It was very heavy it took two of us to pick the trailer up. Other than that it was great.

We feel that U'Haul should provide a dolly with each truck. Also, Each truck should have ramps that are wide enough to roll a dolly up. This truck had no ramps and ramps on other trucks are not wide enough. Otherwise, it was overall a good experience.

I placed my order online and had a confirmation set to pick up my Uhaul in Brewton, Alabama. Three hours later when I was almost in Brewton I get a call telling me to pick up my Uhaul in Jay Fl another hour away. I get there and they can't accept my debit card after telling me on the phone they could. I now had to pay $100 deposit that I was told I would get back at the place I dropped the Uhaul off at. That didn't happen. Some how it was suppose to be credited to my debit card without my knowledge and I haven received the credit either. Also the Uhaul had broken glass in it and I needed the appliance dolley that I ordered and they didn't have one. From the time I placed my order until I got the Uhaul it took 5 hours and a lot of unnecessary time driving. I also spent 1 hour at the return center trying to get my $100 back then another hour on the phone with a Supervisor trying to get my money. I am very dissatisfied with Uhaul with this experience that I had.
