I would never recommend Blessed Hands Car Wash (2016 Chestnut St, Greenville NC 27834) for anything uhaul rated. I had a pickup scheduled for 8am. I arrived at 8am to find a note on the door that said “stepped out be back (252) 413-0609”. No big deal, I called the number thinking I’ll just let them know I’m here waiting and I’m sure they’ll be here soon. When I called, the number never rang and went straight to voicemail with a full voicemail box. I waited around for about 10/15 minutes to see if anyone who worked there would show up since they just “stepped out”. I walked around the building and found another phone number on the side of the building. I called that number and it again did not ring and went straight to voicemail with a full voicemail box. So there were two phone numbers listed for this business, but neither connected you with someone who worked there and you couldn’t even leave a message. I continued to wait for a few more minutes before contacting Uhaul regarding the matter. Based on my experience, I’d never recommend this business because they are extremely unprofessional and there is no way to contact the people that “run” (if you could even call it that) this business.

Have the right equipment that was rented present and don't leave soaked furniture pads in the truck. Fix the leak. Door was sticking, fix the door. Have a location where a person is present to fix problems on-site for rentals.

Barbara Hthe man who was working was nice but the location was filled with men that were just standing around smoking and talking and the guy working was slow and took forever... he hooked up my dolly for me and watched me and my fiance load a car on to it... we picked the dolly up during the day.... by the time we had made it to the outskirts of the city on the way home, it was dark.... and we stopped to check the lights.... the dollys lights wouldnt work... we even fixed a cut in some of the wires.... in an attempt to not have to pull a trailer with no lights (which is illegal) more than an hour to the town we live in... I called coorperate to notify them of the situatiomn... they were not helpful either.. and pretty much told me tpo deal with it. there was nothing that could or would be done... so thankfully we made it bvack without getting a ticket... but thats because we stopped in the next town over and paid more than $50 for a set of emergancy trailer lights that had magnetic bottoms... so we put them on the dolly and drove home... legally... no thanks to uhaul. will never rent from here again

Tamesia FWhen I say Blessed Hands is appropriately named, it is! The gentleman who helped us was kind, courteous and top tier in customer service. He explained the process clearly and respectfully. This was the total opposite of my previous weekend’s experience with a U Haul site. On top of that, the charges were not outrageous like the previous weekend. So grateful this service was excellent. I will visit this site again and I will recommend to all I know. Thank you.
Twanna HThey put the incorrect mileage on my rental contract and I was charged an extra $169.00!! They also put a combination lock on the back but didn’t give us the code. The man was super rude as well

Dana BThe whole process of picking up the uhaul was a nightmare. The location got switched the first time at 7:45pm when I was supposed to pick it up at 10am next morning. The day I am getting uhaul I am driving to get uhaul about 5 mins away and I get call saying it is not available and there is none in any sizes within 30 miles Away.
Nancy COwners were not present at my schedule drop off time(Saturday July 16). I left the uhaul outside of the shop . the key box was unsecure so i did not place the keys im there, also it was scheduled to be an in person drop off & pay. i tried to call a day later (Sunday July 17) no answer, returned keys 2 days later (Monday July 18) & was charged over $120 on late charges.
Jacob SThe truck needs a good overhaul-very rough ride and an intermittent squeaky/whistling noise. Was just happy I didn’t have far to drive. Cab could have been cleaner.
Coleen BAnother customer reserved a 10 foot truck online for a local move. I needed that truck for a one way trip to another town. It took 15 minutes for the person to reverse the reservations. Uhaul system should have prevented that. The person at the location was helpful.

Haseeb FI was very disappointed having made reservations a couple of months in advance. When I showed up at 9am Saturday for my pick up, no one was there and the sign said be back Monday. There was NO communication that I was supposed to use a smart phone to get the truck. 45 minutes on hold and finally a person helped me with what i needed to do to secure my truck. She was helpful and knew exactly what to do, however, better communication with me would have been helpful and less stressful. What if I didn't bring my phone or have a smart phone, I would not have been able to get the truck when my daughter had to be out of the apartment that day! In addition, the appliance hand truck, blankets and ties that I ordered were no where to be found. Just an empty truck with no way to get the appliances down 3 flights of stairs. Also, every confirmation I received had my pick up location at a different address and then the day before it changed.

He did this knowing that the equipment was rented elsewhere. His kindness, time & professionalism were greatly appreciated. That's stellar customer service. He went above and beyond for me.

BRENDA JWhen truck was picked up, no one mentioned the rear sliding door was locked, nor were there a combination to the lock provided. After about 30m of constant calling the pick up location were we able to retrieve the magical code. Last renter did not clean cargo area and it's the way it was returned .UHaul dropped the ball on this one.

Jorge MThe lock on the U-Haul was extremely difficult to open. Upon trying to retrieve the U-Haul it took over 15 minutes to get the lock to open. I even called requesting a new rental but while I was on the phone with customer service was able to get the lock open. After loading the U-Haul and placing the lock back on we again encountered difficulties with the lock. We had to extend the reservation so we would not be late returning due to difficulties opening the lock. It took attemps from 3 adults and it was well after 3 pm before we finally got it back open so that we could unload the U-Haul. I have NEVER had issues such as these before!!! For future customers sake please replace the lock so that no one else has to have this same experience!!!
