gary sI had no issues with the location but the truck had a flat tire that was obviously going flat for a while and here's where the problems began: I tried calling you haul it took 35 minutes to get through to roadside assistance and when I finally got through I was disconnected. Then I called again onto placed on hold for another 30 minutes I made a claim online and they finally got back to me it took I'm 45 minutes to call some place then took that place in 2 hours to get to my location to fix the tire. Meanwhile I'm paying Five Guys $25 an hour to sit around and twiddle their thumbs. So no I would not say it was a good experience with you but it was the 1 800 roadside assistance that I have the issue is not the location. And I would not recommend U-Haul just because of this experience.
Jodi BLocation was great in terms of people and customer experience. Location was 45 minutes + away and was not notified until day before of the change in locations. Why would Uhaul allow me to select a location for pickup when there were no trucks available.
Jon CThis is their old address. U-Haul needs to update that. Also they are not open on Saturdays. U-Haul getting this wrong, and also telling me that it was half the distance from my home than it actually was caused me unwanted grief on an already stressful day. Luckily the owner was super nice and came in on his day off to help us out. Otherwise we would have been stranded.

NOTBURGA VGreat service, girl is office was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would go back any time I need help with uhaul.... my wife called up uhaul to get a 26’ truck from Rutland Vt store. The day before are move uhaul call to confirm are truck , only to tell us that are 26’ truck was in fort Henry to pickup there. To make a long story short uhaul on the phone did not help at all or get us a truck. My wife called around and Blakemans Towing & Recovery saved the day!

Tammy BWhen I picked up the truck from Blakeman's, the fuel gauge indicated the tank was 1/4 full. .I did not notice the sheet in the glove compartment until I arrived at my residence, which reported the truck was given to me with a 1/2 tank of fuel. I contacted Blakeman's about this, but have gotten no response. Consequently, when I returned the truck with 1/4 tank of fuel, I was charged for the difference. I think this is unfair and believe I should be credited for the extra amount.

Bob Dyou NEED to get a representative out there. 2nd time using this location and we spent half of our moving day trying to get our truck that we properly requested. TERRIBLE service.
Michael CWe weren’t able to pick up our keys for 2 hours following our scheduled pick up time. We spent a large part of that time on the phone with U-Haul customer service trying to get our reservation converted to a 24/7 truck share because the location didn’t properly register the pickup and was not able to meet us at the location or help. We eventually were able to pick up the truck using truck share but had to take off the promotional sign from the dashboard and drive it down a steep, grassy hill (not safe). We didn’t have cell service at the location and had to drive back and forth from our home to do get our situation straightened out. I asked our U-Haul representative speak with a manager or supervisor and never received a call, almost two weeks later.
Michael CI don’t think there are many other options in this area, but this location is basically a small over crowded junk yard in front of a mechanic shop. Kyle was very nice and helpful though!
Erin MThe owners and front desk assistant were very pleasant and professional. They went out of their way to make up for my having to drive over 50 miles one way to pick up truck. We did notice some sticky soda and stuck coin in drink holder and black greasy residue left on handle to lift yourself up in to truck. Everything else was great.

Christopher SWe booked the truck for Friday and a dropoff for Saturday with an actual pickup on Saturday morning and dropoff on Saturday afternoon. When we arrived at the dropoff he showed me the contract which said we took the truck on Thursday to be returned on Friday and we were then charged $71.60 for the 'extra day'. When trying to call UHaul at (1-800-468-4285) (Option 3) I was on hold FOREVER with the repeating 'help' of go here online to review. !?!?! I am just trying to get my refund!?!?!

Timothy PI was extremely disappointed with this rental. We live in Vermont, which has snow this time of year, so vehicles need winter tires. The truck had summer tires and could not reach our home, so we had to park the truck a mile away and shuttle several carloads of boxes from our house the truck. That delayed our move by more than an hour. Furthermore, the gas gauge indicated that the tank was seven-eighths full when I picked it up. I filled the tank back to that level; I should not have been charged for eight gallons of fuel. I would appreciate some compensation for this disappointing experience.

Hannah LFurniture pads were wet and smelled terrible. Now my furniture smells moldy too. I am having to wash all my furniture to get the smell out of the house.
