So i was told my car fit on the trailer I rented. But my car barely fit on it. Plus when you open the door to get out I couldn't. Because when you open the door they hit the trailer fenders right away. So I had to climb out of the car window. Just a big headacheBERT C.

Scheduling and pickup was easy. Staff was helpful. Equipment was in good order. Would have been nice if management was lenient on their policy. I had a miscommunication with my Menards order and didn't end up needed the trailer I had reserved. Only had the trailer for 30 minutes but wasn't provided a partial refund. I understand exceptions are difficult but could have been a nice opportunity to earn my respect and increase likelihood of future business. Thanks anway.JUSTIN R.

Only thing worth mentioning is that the left hand speaker on the radio would frequently cut out. [I know -- big problem. Gotta find something to complain about. Wouldn't want you to get complacent. :) ] (Oh, BTW -- Would love it if this location could get a cargo van available. Since I rely on the bus, the only U-Haul location in town with a cargo van available is difficult for me to get to.)James C.

I bought the 25.00 scratch and dent protection and was told by the rental place not to worry about walking around it and taking pics. When I turned it in the person accused me of hitting something. I seen the scratch that they were talking about when I left. If I would have known that this would be a problem when I turned it in i would have taken pics of the whole trailer. Uhaul told me location would be open. Turns out they've never been open Saturdays. Then we struggled to get connected with remote drop off app site. Called uhaul for help. Was told I would be waiting 15 mins. Never did get connected to help. Fortunately, was eventually able to connect to drop off app site. Otherwise, uhauls solution was for me to wait until the drop off location was openâ€"2 days later. Shockingly bad customer service. Wont use uhaul again.Jeffrey S.

I had major issues trying to return my equipment. No issues at the location but with your website. It would not let me finalize the return. I tried calling and using the chat app with no response. After moving all day the last thing you want to do have is sit in the uhaul parking lot waiting to get confirmation on returning your equipment.James D.

All employees at this location should be trained on uhaul procedures. The first person I called said it wasn't his responsibility and would have someone call me. The next person called me back but misquoted me unit availability and rental rates. The actual employee (#3) I rented the unit from misinformed me of the size of the storage area causing trouble in transporting my cargo.KURT E.

Make it as easy to rent from our corporate contract; pre check in is a night mare program. It does not work. We sped 2 hours per rental vehicle trying to process check in paperwork. SB able to quickly process go and roll. We are FedEx contractors. we cannot afford the time it a takes to process rental paperwork when picking up a vehicle.
