Even a little knowledge from the staff would be nice. we were only able to load our car because of a WONDERFUL stranger!!! I don't expect them to do any of the work but a little verbal guidance would be really appreciated!!!

Very frustrated with hold on account and withdrawal from account. Folks at location very accommodating U-Haul poilicies and inability to meet their commitments is why I will never rent from U-Haul again!

Truck was not swept out. I rented moving blankets but did not use as many as I thought. I called to ask if I could return them for a refund and they told me to take them to my destination and they would refund me there. Once I got to my destination they said it could not be done and that I should have retuned them to the pick up location.

person in office did not seem to know how to work within the UHaul system on the computer. We were overcharged for equipment that was on the truck and we did not use. We asked to have it removed and she assured us we would not be charged and then we were.

I was charged extra days and rxtra gas on my card without being asked or told what the charges were for, even after I told them how hard the truck was to drive and needed mechanical help. It is bad enough to have to drive under those conditions, but not even offered a discount for my inconvenience. I disapprove of amounts added to my cards before I authorize the charges.

There was only one lady there. She could not offer any help in regards to taking the car tow trailer off of the Uhaul. Uhaul really needs to insure their employees are trained and know how to adequately help their customers

I had to pick up the truck after a snow storm. It would have been nice if they could have moved a truck to a more convenient location as I had a hard time getting it out of the yard since they had not plowed the snow. I suspect they don't have a plow, but is was difficult.

The U-Haul customer service rep sent us to a non existent location and then the location we ended up bringing it to was 20 miles from the place we started, where we had called the U-Haul rep initially. Very frustrating

Access was very difficult. No electronic gate. Sunday closed was a problem.

They are very picky as to what gets stored, wanting to see the RV before they would enter into a contract. Made it hard to make prior arrangements. But once we got there, very happy.

The unsecured area was a problem as our trailer had several attempted break ins.The secure area of the park was much better but the locked gate was inconvenient, but safer.

The truck cab had a mild but distinct smell of old ciragettes. I’m sensitive - hate smoke. Luckily it’s summer so we just rolled the windows down. But don’t advertise this truck as non smoking. It isn’t. Mud on floor, crumpled paper under seat. Dirty interior windshield.

This has nothing to do with the pickup location- they were great!!!! I was frustrated with the process of “reserving” a truck. Here is how it played out... go online to U-Hauls site and supposedly reserve a 26’ truck. Everything seemed felt good, like I would have the truck I ordered ready at the location I specified. 2 days before I am supposed to pickup the truck, I get an email saying that I’m getting a 20’ truck and I would have to drive an extra hour to pick it up (not to mention extra gas costs). This was frustrating! No one could even get me a trailer to go behind the truck for the same price that a 26’ truck would have cost me (which still would have been less cubic feet). I tried called other rental companies but with the little notice that I was given, no one was able to help. I know there is probably a disclaimer that says subject to availablity but this needs to be BOLD and in your face that you may not get anything close to what you ordered. If I’m giving someone a credit card to “secure” something, I feel like I deserve to be given a commitment at that time but don’t string people along with a false sense of hope that your truck will be ready where you ordered it. Then to finish it off, I filled up the truck and drove 7.5miles to the uhaul drop off location and the guy said the gauge was down from the full mark and wanted to charge an extra $15!!!! It honestly felt like the gas gauges are rigged! We settled on $9 which is supposedly the “minimum” he could charge me. On a positive note, the truck didn’t break down and the furniture dolly and blankets worked great. Buyers beware!
