The U-Haul main office really messed up my bill. It wasn't so much Bion's fault but I was overcharged x 3. U Haul did finally correct my bill.

Just a small place and had to drive several miles away to another U-Haul place to buy boxes. Bion's was close to where I needed the truck but they didn't have any of the supplies.

Order number 22522358: I will be contacting customer service to do right on billing. Uhaul provided me with a quote of $166 for a 20' truck. This reservation was made on 06/01/2019. On 06/07/2019, the day before the scheduled move, U-haul advised they will be providing me with a 26' truck. The pickup time was scheduled for 9:30am. At 9:45am, I arrived at the vendor to receive the truck. The truck was not returned for my scheduled receipt of the truck. I was unable to receive the truck until 11:00am. This delay caused me to pay my moving team an additional 1.5hrs in labor to wait for the truck. Upon receiving the truck, the young attendant billed me for the 26' truck when I requested a 20' for the move, at a rate of $189. What can be done to improve for the next customer: -Ensure equipment is ready at appointment time. If there is a delay, please contact the equipment renter and made right on any logistical penalty.

You guys totally screwed up my weekend. Not the folks at this particular location. In fact, Jayden was extremely helpful. And David on Rose Street as well was very helpful. Whoever screwed up my reservation just ruined our moving process. Not happy.

My bright light switch wouldn’t work unless you pulled the lever towards you while driving. Very unsafe and an inconvenience while driving several hours during nighttime.

The only negative was that the individual that had the truck before me came back late. He called and said he needed more time but the clerk told him to return it right then and that I was waiting for it. He was 30 minutes late in returning the truck but it was no big deal since I wasn't on a tight schedule. Everything else was OK.

A little disappointed when they tried to charge us 100 dollars when we returned the rental. The quote was 43 dollars. Had we not said. .no way. .what are you charging for...the final cost was 33 dollars. Night difference between 33 and 100. Hmmmm. Wonder how many people would have just accepted the charge and not questioned it...would that extra 70 dollars go into someone's till?? Always check your paperwork.
