The gentleman was concerned about that the trailer would bottom out once we loaded the car on due to how the trailer was sitting. Once we loaded the car and the trailer did not move, we pretty much said ok we are done. Easy to use location.

Was all great!
JASON W.This place should not be allowed to have this business.
Debra C.You gave me the biggest truck that I didn't ask for on top of that it was on empty. Unbelievable
PHYLLIS C.Better describe pick up and deop off methods
JAMES J.It was a bit confusing when I got to the rental place as there was no obvious uhaul sign indicating where I should go. As I approached the bin store I saw a small uhaul sign near the entrance which helped convince me I was in the right spot.
Terry G.Nothing, people at the location were great! Ver helpful.
Tobin Q.Started out a bit rocky, but the manager apologized and quickly corrected the issue
Deniria C.The place where I picked up the rental van was different than my reservation. It was very inconvenient to go to another location 20 minutes away to pick it up. I will say the location above (Gordon Hey) the people were very friendly but a little unorganized and wasn't sure if they had the rental. Luckily they did, it was the only UHaul on the premises. What I would like to tell you about is the person at the location I was supposed to pick up the vehicle (1589 Broad St) was the worst experience I have EVER had with a company I have done business with AND I mean EVER. I have never in my life got into a shouting match with anyone in a store but this was completely over the top. Her name was Cheryl Taylor and it started when she told me she didn't have a vehicle for me (basically saying I didn't have a reservation). I showed her my reservation showing the pickup location and the vehicle I reserved and she told me she couldn't help me which was about as lazy as you can get. She finally looked up my name and then said the vehicle was at another location (with attitude) and told me I should know where to go which is when it got heated. She told me this happens all the time with UHaul and vehicles aren't typically in the location you make a reservation which is ridiculous if that's the way UHaul functions. I have rented from UHaul many times before and that has NEVER been the case. After a few minutes of going back and forth on the meaning of a reservation she finally gave me an address. I asked her to give that location a call to make sure the vehicle was indeed there before I drove across town and she refused again with a nasty attitude said “I'm not going to and don't have tooâ€. I reminded her I was the customer and she obviously had no business representing a company that deals with people. I couldn't believe my ears. I told her she would call them because that was her job and then she threatened to call the police because she didn't have to deal with me anymore. I told her that the police's time was too important to deal with this but go ahead because I wasn't leaving until she called the location to confirm the vehicle was there or gave me the phone number of this location (at this point I doubted a vehicle was anywhere since she was insinuating I didn't have a reservation). Again she was yelling and telling me to get out and basically got hysterical. I was completely pissed off at this point and couldn't believe the treatment I was getting as a customer. I have NEVER been talked to that way as a CUSTOMER. She told me to shut the fu$& up. At this point it got really ugly. I have no idea why you would hire someone that clearly has no idea how to deal with people and refused to be the slightest bit helpful. She is in the service industry and her job is to provide a service. This alone will ensure that I don't use UHaul EVER again. Bottom line: I had a reservation to pick up a vehicle at 1589 Broad St and I was told you don't have a vehicle and good luck finding a rental. Clearly she doesn't understand the meaning of a reservation. The fact she was unwilling to make a simple call to confirm where the vehicle was located is cause for termination. That's her job. She refused to do her job and further more was yelling at a customer. This was the worst experience I have ever had with trying to do business with a company.
Mike O.Only one person knew how to check us out and he had difficulty. They told us that they had very little training and none of them was adept at the process. It took a long time. Not their fault if they have not been properly trained.
NATHAN F.I paid for a Dolly and furniture pads but they were not in the truck. The store was closed on a Wednesday morning so there was no one to ask.
