Terry TreatThe only reason this is not a 5 star rating is because the back of the 20' truck we rented was left dirty and the truck was in need of a tune up. It struggled to pull a small hill even unloaded, but other than that, our experience was a good one and the UHaul Representative was very nice to work with. I give him 5 Stars on his Customer Service.

Bryce CainThe safety chain was broken and they let us go without fixing it they didn’t have a adapter for the taillights told us to go buy one. Did not feel comfortable with the safety so went to the cambell uhaul and Trever Brice was shocked at how we were treated. He told us that the tow dolly would have ruined the car and found a trailer to put it on. He went above and beyond to make sure we would have a safe trip. Uhaul needs more employees like Trever

This month was the same good, helpful experience when I rented U-Haul equipment again from Bill's Quick Mart; that's why they got repeat business from me. Robert KendallA few years ago I had a run in with Uhaul and I was sent an email with a $75 credit. I was assured that it would not expire. The very nice gentleman at this site punched in the code for the credit 3 times and every time it was shown to be expired. I guess that your word just doesn't mean much these days.

Karen SpringerStaff member came out yelling at me that I needed to check in my drop off at the gas station. They were not aware of the ability to check in equipment using a mobile phone. Location is dark.

WALTER STRAINWell it was a terrible experience I only rented it for mobiving my furniture in town from apartment to storage I suppose to have it for a day but I only had for four hours and we used are card to pay and it keep saying declining but I had cash in the bank and he was so rude and arrgent he acted like we were just going to leave and not pay we did leave got cash and we were back in 15 minutes I still got treated like a thief and I am not never again go to this one
Amy LuchtPlease stop using bias ply tires. They are prone to blowouts and no spares are provided with trailer rentals. This put my entire family at risk while traversing the mountains of Tennessee into North Carolina on HWY 40's most steep incline with a 6x12 trailer.
Brent ChristiansenWell, the person that checked me out wasn’t the friendliest... didn’t ask if I wanted insurance or not...ended up getting overcharged for my final bill...so, not the best first impression... but, it was all corrected on bill and person checking me out was nice and friendly.
