DAVYF PRYKHODKOWas a sewing shop. Charged me 25 dollars late drop off fee when I dropped off at 4 pm. I questioned he said no English. Unbelievable stole my 25 dollars from my Credit card. Could not talk/dispute it because he don’t speak English and I was standing in a sewing shop ….. great new years horror story ending. Thanks. You Haul. Will not be back. Joe

Paul NewellThere was only one vehicle available of the type I chose. It wasn’t clean and the rr tire alert popped up. The app did not work (very slow). I had delete and redownload. It was equally as slow during the return process. Upon check in the support team dropped the call.

Thomas WillenbuecherUhaul need to overhaul their website and app connectivity. It was unbearably slow and took about 45 minutes to complete the return process. Mainly due to the fact the photos took forever to upload even with full cell phone service.

And when i called Uhaul to address, i was on interminable hold, call disconnected w/o resolution, no call back. I have no intention of allowing myself to be in this position again, which means i will not turn to uhaul for my future needs.
