Location was good, they guys were very quick and polite and explained everything perfectly however truck wasn’t really clean and the front end of the truck shook really bad when trying to brake. I did take video footage and will be calling to speak with someone one regards to this matter. We had to make an 8+ hour drive with a truck we weren’t completely safe in and fully loaded. As you can imagine I was not very happy about that.

hafeez oThe location was scary, the van had a strong smell, and the steering wheel was super sticky. When I picked up the van, it was dark outside, with not a single light in the parking area and a group of guys. It was very sketchy.

DAVYF PWas a sewing shop. Charged me 25 dollars late drop off fee when I dropped off at 4 pm. I questioned he said no English. Unbelievable stole my 25 dollars from my Credit card. Could not talk/dispute it because he don’t speak English and I was standing in a sewing shop ….. great new years horror story ending. Thanks. You Haul. Will not be back. Joe

Jose RThe app is terrible. Experience was awful. Customer service was awful. The in app truck pictures were missing a ton of dents and scratches.
Paul NThere was only one vehicle available of the type I chose. It wasn’t clean and the rr tire alert popped up. The app did not work (very slow). I had delete and redownload. It was equally as slow during the return process. Upon check in the support team dropped the call.

Aliesha SNice folks got in and out real quick. Only issues was I’d thought I was getting one with a ramp but didn’t confirm so that’s on me and it was fine anyway. Would definitely work with them again. Truck in great shape and easy to drive except backing up but that’s to be expected. Thanks!

Thomas WUhaul need to overhaul their website and app connectivity. It was unbearably slow and took about 45 minutes to complete the return process. Mainly due to the fact the photos took forever to upload even with full cell phone service.

Jada RI was provided assurance that i could choose a drop off location at the conclusion of my rental. It didnt happen that way. And when i called Uhaul to address, i was on interminable hold, call disconnected w/o resolution, no call back. I have no intention of allowing myself to be in this position again, which means i will not turn to uhaul for my future needs.

Tanu DThe truck gas gage doesn’t go pass half mark ,I put $60 in the tank after I had driven only 40 miles and the needle only went to a halfway mark,also truck was burning oil or something,heavy smoke coming from underneath truck
