When I returned the trailer, no paperwork. Wrote my name and number on a sticky note. I wasn't confident I was going to be credited for my return. Also never did get a receipt. Not sure if I'm still being billed. Even called 1-800 and still no receipt. Also trailer is wired for a 4-pin light connection. Most vehicle, esp trucks wired 7 pin.

Everything was good, a little tough getting used to the process online but once it worked it's was super easy

The U-Haul "guy" wasn't there and the other staff didn't know what to do with my rental return. I had to wait for them to call a guy and ask what to do. I wasn't given any paperwork or confirmation that I returned the truck. Would not recommend this location.

I was very disappointed in my trailer I rented to haul a 100,000$ Harley it was full of straw and dirt I don't think they inspected it upon return

Should have clear instruction on not using the app for Canada for 24/7 pickup. Also should have longer pickup time due to different/wrong time zones of booking (Saskatchewan time does not change)

Person on duty did not know what to do at first and so had to phone the boss. Was told just to park it behind the station and bring them the key. Never inspected while I was in attendance as far as gas and mileage.

Maybe give the phone number of the actual u-haul dealer as the check in number. The phone number I was given was for the ESSO, and they had no info for me.

I rented a 26' uhaul truck for them to say they can't guarantee it will be here which I was ok with and I had asked for 48 hours then they cancelled 26' gave me a 20' I wanted for 48 hours then all of a sudden I could only have for 24 hours. It was really frustrating
