The mobile app kept restarting the process and erroring out. I went through the steps approx 8 times before it accepted the return. I like the mobile app concept, but it's too buggy and needs to be refined for a smoother customer experience.Steven G.

Military /blue line family. So many things went wrong from reservation(couldnt access link), to pick up, equipment had no gas in it( light on so worried wouldn't make it)...no one at location, pictures on item wrong( showed 1/8 of tank) and torn up top from previous accident from another customer), link for reservation didn't work, 45 min hold time to customer service rep sending me to CA representative (I'm in Georgia) upon return..super cold out waiting to talk to someone pouring rain ...just awful, stressful experience. And location I was picking up my storage from couldn't or wouldnt help ( I have 3 units here) had to be transfered took an hour and 1/2 to resolve drop off locatIon have spent quite a bit of money with UHAUL this past year...and y'all failed utterally this time. Sadly I have more moving to clean out storage units which have all gone up in price. ..way to bleed a family dry during a pandemic...oh and one of my units looks tampered with but when I addressed with assist mgr she said it had "always" been like that. The guys gave good service before appear to all be gone so...wth?Paula C.

The truck had a dresser in the back. I saw it when I got to my destination to pick up some my stuff. I was told I would be charged $25 for a cleaning fee. NOT HAPPYAdrian G.

All the balloned taxes and fees should be discussed up front. I used a $20 truck & went 23 miles so therefore that's $43 plus tax. I woukd have been ok with an extra $10 for whatever taxes and fees. But to be out of $60 plus is ridiculous. For 23 miles, 3 hours.Amina B.

I originally reserved the truck with a dolly. The dolly wasn't with the truck. I called customer service to inquire about it and they told me to pick up from another location which was an inconvenience. When I got to the other store (Pleasant Hill Rd) there was a tremendous amount of push back.Edmony C.
