Everything was great. This pick up was in my hometown and I was very comfortable with the whole process. The lady that waited on me was an old friend from past. She was very professional in everything she did. 5 Stars.

The facility was nice. The staff was AWESOME. The only problem was the Uhaul website. It went down and took a while to come back up. Then, complications happened. The website still had problems and sent me to this store to pick up truck and trailer,but they didn't have dollies.

One recommendation, I would suggest a review of computer system capabilities at this location. They had issues connecting in to execute the rental contract. This led to a longer than usual wait time despite me pre-registering for this rental. Thanks

I rented a 10ft truck for 6hrs and went 79 miles and they charged me 135.00 a little much. Very upset. I cant seem to get customer service on the line to justify thier charge

Was overcharged, and told it was for a deposit. When I dropped off the trailer in a different state, was told there was no deposit and that I was over charged. I called to have this fixed, and they told me there was nothing they could do. I had to go out and find the trailer and hook it up myself, the worker never came outside the building to look at the trailer. Poor services

I picked up the trailer at Rhome, TX it took almost 2 hrs to pick up a simple car hauler because the gentlemen hired by U-HAUL did not understand how to operate the program. He would hit buttons randomly with hopes of something to work and started over more times then I could count. And I when I turned the trailer in Spring/Houston the gentlemen said that the guy didn’t even assign me the right trailer. So I got print offs of everything to prove nothing was stolen and everything I received was returned. Your Rhom, TX location needs 911 help! And if you can’t provide him with training you should close your location. He didn’t even understand how to connect the trailer to the truck. Need major, major training this location !!!

The original location was changed because they did not have truck. I placed reservation online Monday morning to pick up Thursday morning and no one called me to confirm and inform me the location changed. Fortunately I called Wednesday afternoon and was informed my location change. I picked up truck and they did not have the moving blanket so I had to wait. it took an hour to assign the truck. Also the mileage allotted was not enough and had to call in to fix.

The lady was nice, checked in the trailer on her phone, never even went outside to look at it. I called U-Haul to get a receipt because she couldn’t give me one. I would go to another facility for pickup or drop off.

The customer service was unprofessional and the wait time was extremely long. The return process was being done on people's personal cell phones that didn't have service and the people helping us for pick up and return both stated they weren't trained properly for the service and it showed.
