The interior of truck was covered in dog hair . And the windows needed a good cleaning but other then that the truck was great it actually kept up with flow of traffic on interstate. Biggest problem is that the store I rented from had no one there that knew about the rental process so I had to talk to someone on phone to get order completed . Then I had to move other trucks to get to the one I had rented .Donald M.
Attendant had to call someone which had me take a photo of the trucks gages & send as test message to this person. I had to bring the dolly and blankets into the store. Previous drop off was Tom's Automotive in Hillsboro Texas. There was an attedent on site making the drop off quick , simple and no moving of dolly or blankets. My next move I am going to disregard the Uhaul phone message stating where to drop off the truck. Very disappointed. . This was our 3rd truck rental in the last 12 months Steve Romicksteve R.

Had no issues. Convenient. The station sits right on HWY 22 so it's easy to get on the road to wherever you are going. Had lunch at the station while waiting for a friend to pick me up after I was done. Be sure to check-in online, or on the app, in advance to speed things up since they don't have a physical counter and they check you in over the phone. Overall, will use again.Bryan W.
No one is there to deal with you in person. It's with some anonymous person in an unknown location over the phone. Took them two days and two calls to U-Haul customer service to check in the truck I rented and refund the charges for the estimated miles I didn't use.Cullen D.
