Nobody at front desk, and price was extremely high for a local move. Your prices and the service were absolutely terrible.

This one was a great example of what I am used to. They do not normally take drop offs but found their way around the irregular customers request. I was not willing to leave my wife sitting outside this location while I drove and then hailed an Uber to pick her up. This was arranged by the manager at the original rental location.

We were unable to get the after hours return to work correctly. When we called today no one would answer or return our call. We did finally get an invoice over email that looked correct and that was appreciated

Re charged the insurance fee..that was not mentioned when I informed them I needed the truck a few extra days. They knew the truck was just sitting in my yard waiting for my carpet to be installed

Was much higher priced than anticipated, we drove the truck for max 45 miles and the truck was only supposed to be 19.99+ gas and fees and ended up being $75 with us filling the truck up with gas when we were done.

I bought the circular lock for my uhaul, after I asked 2 separate times if it would fit. It does not fit. Or the fact that I asked how the process works for securing my car to the transport and the only thing mentioned was the straps for over the tires. I made it from Idaho to Denver before realizing that I should have had a chain around each axle. Thankfully my car made the entire trip still attached to the transport.

The software, a web application which worked well on my modest smartphone, was fairly good. When it came time to check out, and pay, the pop-up list of ways to pay had no items at all! I couldn't pay. So I clicked Continue anyway, and THEN it redrew the screen with a list that actually had choices, including the appropriate choice for me. As a developer, I know making sure all the menus, pop-ups and combo boxes populate properly is a pain. It was a small glitch, so overall I'd give the software a thumbs up.

We arrived 15 minutes before the location opened and the woman at the store was EXTREMELY rude to us for arriving early so we came back after the official opening time and she was STILL rude. She also charged us a $25 cleaning fee because we inadvertently left an empty cardboard box in the trailer. It's bad business to be treated so poorly and then be charged $25 to throw away a piece of cardboard.

They let me come in earlier than normal to accommodate me, very polite. Truck was dirty but they apologized. Because I came early they may not have had time to clean it. I did worry that when I dropped it off they would think I left it in that condition.

The clerk had nails so long they seemed to interfere with her ability to type, pick up licenses off copier. Man who helped my husband when we picked up car tow dolly helped hook on dolly but refused to help us load car, did not give instructions. We figured it on our own but a set of instructions would have been nice.

Put more equipment in the field, and do your best to keep drop-off limitations (like where we can) to a minimum. The location that I had to return to is almost 20 miles away from my home, when there is what your company calls a "hub" that is only 4 miles away. You do the math...

The truck was fine but after many complications with billing I wouldn't come back to this location.

Truck did not have a full tank of gas. When I called two minutes after leaving lot I was told by Ripley Scott too bad. They charged me $45.00 for fuel for the four miles I put on the truck. No customer service skills at all. When I asked to speak to a manager or owner he refused to give me any contact information. I have pictures of the odometer and fuel gauge which I showed him. Again was told too bad.
