Just close this location!! The guy was in there was very rude and he got upset because he had to come outside to do his work. I've arrived to the location in order to drop off the truck and it was muddy, not signs, no instructions no nothing!

The only way to drop off was without the business' help. It was a muddy drive way of several people's homes. The business would not answer the phone. There was a sign but no actual business office, but only a run down mobile home in the back yhe neibors said was the office; though noone answered the door.

My experience was absolutely awful. I arrived at the scheduled time and the operators(make and female) argued across the parking lot about something due to not having the key to the original assigned truck. Once getting that fixed I was charged two $100 deposits. I have yet to get those back. Once inspecting the truck and comparing my order email it was Incorrect. The mileage was off and the amount of fuel was also wrong. When calling to advise the operators I was assured it would be fixed so I would not be overcharged. I am not going back and forth with my deposits and I am owed money back. I would like this situation resolved and if you have any questions please call 936.391.9903

The man running that location, Jermaine, charged me a cancellation fee when I did not cancel my reservation. My reservation was for 4:15pm and we got there at 10:45am and picked up the car hauler. He said it was for 8am and when we didn't show at 8 he cancelled it. I never received a cancellation noticed. We picked up the equipment and returned it by 3pm the same day. This is unacceptable.

I was told I wouldn't be charged for the gas being on E when I picked up the truck and to leave it on E when I returned it. I left it on 1/4 tank. Then, the guy said he would mark it as a call ahead drop off. The day I went to drop it off, we wouldn't get the app to work so he said yea that happens a lot. He said you shouldn't get charged anyways since it's a holiday and they are closed. I was charged $36 for gas and the drop off! Horrible horrible. Never again.

They gave us the wrong truck and it was empty and we had a half of tank when returning it and they charged my card for gas……. I am trying to get ahold of unsullied for a refund……

The place I dropped the dolly off at was pretty muddy and there's limited room to turn around, but I got through it. I just spoke with someone over the phone who told me where to drop it off. I was kind of expecting to turn it over to a person, but dropping it off in the small muddy lot got it off my hitch so I could do other things. I was able to clean the tires off in half a block without dumping the second kit. It's all good.

The trailer I got did not have tail lights I stopped at homedepot and purchased a trailer pigtail. It did not fix the issue.

I was so pleased with the service that I gave a shout out to U Haul on Facebook. U Haul took care of ALL my moving needs. I was definitely impressed. I've used uhaul for several years from California which is where I lived 40 years now I live in Louisiana and very very impressed.

The safety chains on the car hauler were broken. Although these are secondary they should be working. They said they had reported to u haul to be repaired but u haul is not helping.

When we dropped off the trailer on 8/9/21@1205, the person said it was the wrong drop off point even though the reservation in my hand said it was correct. They took it anyway saying I may owe extra. I called Uhaul and after waiting 10 minutes, explained the issue. She put me on hold for a few minutes and then said it was taken care of and I would receive a receipt by email. As of 8/10/21@1600 I still had no receipt I tried calling the drop off location but there was no answer. I pulled up the reservation online and nothing had been done. I called Uhaul back and after waiting 45 minutes, explained everything again. She tried contacting her manager but could not so she wrote a report. I finally received my receipt on 8/11/21@0758. Don't know what went wrong but two people did nothing to resolve the issue which is unacceptable. ¡Gracias!

It was awful. Pickup took 1 1/2 hours. I was completely alone for dropped and had to enlist the help of a neighbor to get trailer unhooked. Also, the location was a mud pit for pickup and drop off.
