I booked a trailer four weeks ago with guaranteed availability. It is suppose to be a 20 mins round trip to pick up the trailer, but was told I had to do a 5+ Hr deuce to pick up. It is unacceptable.Hung K.
Emailed night before pickup and told truck was not available.(hours before driving 3 hours to pick truck up) Told I had to pick up truck 1 hr and 40 minutes from we're truck should have been. The original pick dealer had trucks available but your company would not let them go one way. Terrible customer service on your corporate office. I will never use your company again. You're company needs to respect your dealers as they were great and understand what a inconsiderate company they deal with.Bob C.

The people I dealt with were wonderful and very helpful. What could have been improved is that I followed UHaul's Covid online pre-check-in process and paid-in-full, prior to pick-up, but then the actual pick-up process was treated as if I hadn't done the online or paid-in-full process - this wasted time and was confusing. Also, I had ordered 12 blankets and only 9 were available.Gregory K.

We couldn't find the office, thought office sign was for another business unrelated to uhaul. Poor signage. Only given address to return and not name of business or phone number. No obvious place to park.. Took us 30 minutes to do all the remote return requirements and then were charged an extra day.Lawrence J.

24/7 pickup did not work. Business was closed on Sunday so I got lucky that a worker stopped by while I was trying to find the keys and they called the other gal that manages the U-Haul and she was able to come help me.Jade D.
No single woman should ever be sent to Big River Freight. It is in the dirtiest, scariest part of Wenatchee. I was scheduled to pick up at Millenium Glass. I would ONLY ever pick up from Uhaul there.Jeannie M.

I went to pick up the truck on Sunday morning and tried the online check in. The truck that I was supposed to pick up was not there. I called Uhaul and the girl who answered put me in hold for two hours. Meanwhile I called another number (local one) and she assigned me with a smaller truck than the truck I reserved. I just got my bill and Uhaul has charged me for a Dolly and Furniture pads that didnt came with the second truck. I would never recommend this place to anyone else!!! And keeping me hold for nearly two hours??? WTH??? It was my moving day!Lee L.

I was not able to get the padlock for the cargo door to lock with the door closed. I understand that it is a very tight fit to make it hard to cut off, but I don't know how you got it on. Also, the parking lot was completely dark when I returned the truck and I could not take decent pictures. I'd be nervous to be alone there at night.JOHN M.

The pad lock was difficult to open. Also if anyone wants to steal the truck the keys can be easily taken without opening the padlock, maybe the key should be inside the box and not together with the padlock.Carlos G.

Nothing. In my experiences of renting at least a dozen trucks there was no transaction that compared with this one for outstanding service. It, simply, set the bar. This was in Sept. of 2019, however I have experienced such disrupted internet service that your review was lost in the backlog of email. These ladies are exceptional.mick C.

It was mud puddle city, negotiate the mud puddles. But there is nothing they can do about that. Don't take my "no" as important. The desk agent was very nice and helpful. But you don't have questions addressing that! Give kudos to the desk agent, very nice and helpful.JJ D.

The truck I rented was out of gas when I arrived due to criminal activity/gas siphoning. The staff person told me she would note the problem and therefore I would not be required to return the truck with a full tank of gas. And she did just that! I was concerned this would become a problem for me when I returned the truck, but everything worked out right. Good customer service.Rod W.

We returned the truck after using it for 11.1 miles. The gas gauge had not moved when we were returning it, so hubby didn't put anything int, figuring we'd pay the $4 and change for a gallon when they put some in, Instead they charged us for 4.1 gallons of gas!!!! Unless that van is getting LESS THAN THREE MILES A GALLON, we were greatly over charged.melisa C.
Our truck had issues with some alarm break alarm going off. What should've taken about an hour to get to our destination it took over two hours because we had to keep pulling over and going through a routine where we would have to turn it off turn the wheel drive 15 feet ridiculous. We stopped on our way up to our destination at a different U-Haul to try to get it fixed and the guy working that counter didn't know how to change out a truck. So basically we had a truck that the brakes were bad. Lucky we didn't wreck . Also when I got there to pick up the truck it was low on oil so the lady went in to check to see if they had any oil and they didn't. I had to stop at a gas station before I could head out to put oil in the stupid truck. It seems to me like these trucks are not well-maintainedjudy W.
