Took a long time to get thru the online process to retrieve my approval and get the keys to the truck on the morning I had rented.

The truck I rented was out of gas when I arrived due to criminal activity/gas siphoning. The staff person told me she would note the problem and therefore I would not be required to return the truck with a full tank of gas. And she did just that! I was concerned this would become a problem for me when I returned the truck, but everything worked out right. Good customer service.

We returned the truck after using it for 11.1 miles. The gas gauge had not moved when we were returning it, so hubby didn't put anything int, figuring we'd pay the $4 and change for a gallon when they put some in, Instead they charged us for 4.1 gallons of gas!!!! Unless that van is getting LESS THAN THREE MILES A GALLON, we were greatly over charged.

Our truck had issues with some alarm break alarm going off. What should’ve taken about an hour to get to our destination it took over two hours because we had to keep pulling over and going through a routine where we would have to turn it off turn the wheel drive 15 feet ridiculous. We stopped on our way up to our destination at a different U-Haul to try to get it fixed and the guy working that counter didn’t know how to change out a truck. So basically we had a truck that the brakes were bad. Lucky we didn’t wreck . Also when I got there to pick up the truck it was low on oil so the lady went in to check to see if they had any oil and they didn’t. I had to stop at a gas station before I could head out to put oil in the stupid truck. It seems to me like these trucks are not well-maintained

There was no one to talk to. It was a wharehouse. No one to check in to. I had questions regarding the fuel.. I later got a bill for $183.00 If I could have talked to someone I might have saved me some money.

The customer service person was excellent, informative and knowledgeable. The truck was clean in the cargo area, but filthy outside (many bugs, cobwebs and windshield so dirty you couldn't see through it!)

Truck had no windshield wiper fluid - literally none. The transmission also needed a tune up. Also, it wasn’t this location’s fault, but the 24 hour pickup process was an absolute nightmare and an enormous waste of my time. I will literally never do that again, and likely will not use U-Haul again because of it.

The only issue we had was that the gas tank was not full and we didn't realize until we had gotten home but all it took was a call to the receptionist and it was fixed. They had someone siphoning gas the night before and hadn't realized! We had no issues it was actually amazingly great service.

If you expect people to refill the tank, then give them a full tank so it's easy to know how much gas to put in.

Location didn’t even have everything I’d reserved over two weeks in advance. I was charged for it and am still trying to get reimbursed. The personnel on hand at this location was friendly but Uhaul as a company gets a big F from me and I will probably never use them again. Every person I have talked to has told me someone else to talk to and my problem is still not resolved. Horrible customer service.

Again your mobile turn in service was pathetic. Showed up at 07:45 for a turn in by 08:30. Did mobile device process but when I got to location pairing step the device would not pair with U-Haul pairing application. My mobile device clearly showed GPS was operating correctly and pairing was available. This required phone call with U-Haul dispatch which showed showed my location as on site at proper location. This caused me to have to come back later and do a manual turn in. Incredible POOR service using mobile device. AS AN OVERALL COMMENT U-HAUL MOBIE DEVICE APPLICATION FAILED MISERABLY ON PICKUP AND ON DROP OFF. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES

The truck was well maintained but there were multiple papers, receipts, parking stickers, bandaid wrappers and bloody bandaids in the truck when I rented it You could clean those out.

Express check in just messes everything up. Sent us to one location, no one there, spent 23 min on the phone and was directed back to the first place. Will never use express check in again. Big River Freight person was great.

I tried to drop the truck yesterday 9/3/2018 but could not because contrary to what the arizona location said there wasn't anyone there and I couldn't drop the truck off because it wasn't secure and I didn't want to drop the key and have someone steal the hand truck and pads out of the back. I delivered the truck on 4/9/2018 around 1100 and was charged an extra day. everyone Ive talked to said they couldnt refund the charge.

Ok so I would like a phone call and a full reimbursement of my charges. I made a reservation for a truck and an auto hauler. I received a call a few days before I was Tim pick up advising me that the pieces were in different places—one 30 minutes away. I picked up the truck went to the location and found what they had was a dolly!l, not a hauler. I phoned you all immediately and found that the only hauler was a theee hour round trip away. I returned the truck to where I rented it since I did it Have the time not inclination to do that. What’s even more frustrating is that I passed another uhaul place nearby with a hauler sitting in the lot. I had to Ride the bus and stay in a hotel and was not able to complete My mission. I am eXTREMELY unhappy.

It was very inconvenient to find out the day before our pickup that our truck was not available within 50 miles. I still had to drive 45 miles one way for a truck that was smaller than what I needed.

No furniture straps were available/provided. The staff was excellent and efficient and friendly. I would give a 5* rating if I had been able to obtain furniture straps.

People were very friendly and helpful. We have used U Haul in the past but have not had this friendly of service. The truck was a little hard to start a couple of times during the day which had us worried, but it ended up working fine. A side note is that we believe the trucks should begin with a full tank, but our truck was left slightly less than 1/2...and then WE have to guess how much gas to put in, and how much we'll use. I'm pretty sure that UHaul comes out ahead on this most of the time since people usually would put more rather than less gas in the vehicle for return.
