Desmond CTRUCK WAS DIRTY , EXTERIOR MUDDY , WINDOWS DIRTY/MUDDY. FRONT END ''PULLED HARD'' TO THE LEFT. TIRES UNDERINFLATED. ROTTEN EGG SMELL (EXHAUST LEAK) THIS TRUCK HAS NO (BUSINESS ON THE ROAD) ''NOT ROAD WORTHY'' RENTAL CO. SAYS IT WAS A (CUSTOMER CHECKED IN) ''THAT'S WHY THE PAPERWORK DIDN'T REFLECT THE CORRECT ''FUEL QUANTITY'' WHEN I PICKED IT UP. IMHO- THIS TRUCK HAD NO BUSINESS BEING RENTED TO ME OR ANYONE ELSE ''FOR ANY REASON'' IN THIS CONDITION. AS IT WAS NOT PROFESSIONALY CHECKED OVER , OR TEST DRIVEN. I'M NOT HAPPY. BTW- I'M A RETIRED ''MASTER TECHNITIAN'' FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT & TRUCKS.

hussin hThe u-haul I picked up had a bent bumper,when I loaded the truck the front tire rubbed the bumper on turns, had to stop at a u haul dealer and have the bumper pulled out with a winch to continue my 800 mile trip
Kevin KI needed a utility dolly and Big Red Rentals did not have any utility dollies. It was very needed and we had to rent a dolly from a different company.

Jaime RThe tires were not inflated to usable pressure. 1 only had 10 lbs. Only one was OK. I inflated them to 65 lbs. Dangerous to use the way it was when I picked it up. No furniture pads.

cathy mHe charged me 6.65 cent for gas when the truck was already on full. Charged me extra 5 miles. I was over charged about $15. Never will get Uhaul from there again. Representative was very dry.

MONICA DThe truck share after hours thing is a pain in the butt. It either needs to be eliminated or severely over hauled. The process took way too long and at every step of the check out, I had to take a picture of my driver's license. Which maybe wasn't the greatest q uality the first time but seriously the ninth time, ridiculous.
