We picked up our truck on Monday, dropped it off on Wednesday. Drop off showed Thursday. We couldn't prove otherwise so we were charged for an extra day. Since you had our credit card, we're helpless. We won't make that mistake again.

Very nice people, but was told as long as the gas was filled to where it was it would be okay. We did that and are still getting charged an extra $62. Also got charged for 2 days of insurance and only had the truck one day.

Customer service at this location was extremely poor. No one ever answered the phone. I had to call another location to get the reservation set up. I was lucky enough to catch someone there to pick up the truck or I don’t think I would have ever got what I needed. I ended up needing to keep it until the next morning so I didn’t have to drive there and drop it off in the middle of the night and it cost me an extra 70 bucks. 250.00 dollars for a 35 mile trip felt a little steep.

U-haul sent me to a closed business. That is unacceptable! The daughter of the owner was driving by and she stopped and her mother competed the transaction via phone. That is over and above customer service. U-haul - get it together because that is unacceptable!

Nice car lot at drop off. Good service.
