This place is a joke I spent every dime I had to move my belongings into this place n then when I was all moved in there was 3-4 inches of water going into my unit so I used a broom u found to remove the water. Returned the broom to be kicked out n given no time to remove my belongings so I lost everything I worked hard to obtain just to have these rude disrespectful people literally take it all. Then to have my money literally thrown in my face n have to pick it up off the wet muddy ground. People truly are rude disrespectful and have no heart I don't know how they sleep at night. I lost my dead grandparents possessions as well as things from my daugter growing up. Now I have to replace everything I had again because these people.april d. | Overall Experience

They are lying about when I returned my equipment. No one at location during normal business hours. I talked to someone on phone at business who said she would take care of everything. But then charged me almost $200 for extra days and after hours return. I shouldn't have to pay extra cause you aren't at your business during normal business hours. Was told by drop off location that I should have used different drop location. If I hadn't been told that it would be taken care of, I would have found a different location.Carolyn T.

We picked up our truck on Monday, dropped it off on Wednesday. Drop off showed Thursday. We couldn't prove otherwise so we were charged for an extra day. Since you had our credit card, we're helpless. We won't make that mistake again.Marye F.
Very nice people, but was told as long as the gas was filled to where it was it would be okay. We did that and are still getting charged an extra $62. Also got charged for 2 days of insurance and only had the truck one day.april S.
Customer service at this location was extremely poor. No one ever answered the phone. I had to call another location to get the reservation set up. I was lucky enough to catch someone there to pick up the truck or I don't think I would have ever got what I needed. I ended up needing to keep it until the next morning so I didn't have to drive there and drop it off in the middle of the night and it cost me an extra 70 bucks. 250.00 dollars for a 35 mile trip felt a little steep.Eric G.
